I received my prepaid payout card from crown casino on the 29th of June..I tried to add it to my google wallet and I tried using it once at whataburger and it was declined and pit on hold..I've called customer service 3 times and I get the same response..i have to wait 2 days for them to decide if I'm able to get a new card... if not wait for a check in the mail... this is the first and last time I will be requesting a prepaid payout card

Yeah, rip off company they give you cards with four numbers on it. It won’t they and then they send you emails after you send them multiple emails. I’ll send you one of the cards not good for certain things interestingly enough it’s not good for anything I would like to blow them up so you had an experience you need to list it quickly

I’m trying to contact them through Gmail because it doesn’t let me buy stuff online with their prepaid card but they don’t reply back

ive used them alot of times and had excellent results.This last time was horrible,there is no customer support and the "live chat" is a bot.my funds were somehow 3rd partied out toa company called runa.io.
Im not an impatient person upset with a delay,im just tired of getting stonewalled by bots and not getting my money.this company was just fine until recently and i hope they are smart enough to save themselves from whatever tf they did different.

Never use any form of payment from these people. They handle Crown Coin payouts and do not stand behind anything they send. I was paid via payouts with a pre paid card for $500 that was used by someone within their own organization. The card already had a billing address and cell attached. Payouts wants you to blame the people who made the card or some shit. They are just unethical scammed as far as I am concerned. They burned me for 500 anyway.

I had a card issued to me from Crown Coins Casino by Payouts. Unfortunately I had to file a dispute claim on 05/10/26. On 05/13/26 I was issued provisional credit and was told that I have full access to my funds. Obviously not because they cancelled my original card the unauthorized transactions was on and never issued a new card. I have been trying for going on four days now to get another virtual card how hard can it possibly be. No luck this is absolutely ridiculous.

This company is a total scam I have received several virtual gift cards from them through crown coins casino and every single one of them have gone in the negative before I've even got to use them and they will do nothing to fix them so it's just thousands of dollars that I have won and have not been able to receive
