I can’t speak highly enough of PayPocket and especially Kelly. She’s always so helpful, sorts everything out quickly, and makes payroll stress-free. Every staff is willing to resolve the matters for contacting.
If need any specific staff, we will get connected Stright.
Abigail Skinner is the designated officer for Merton council direct payments. She took lots of interest to give her best service without any delay. I have made a request to work out the redundancy payment for our direct payment staff flowing our uncle's death.
She has done this on the same day afternoon.
