Excellent Support and Professional Service

My name is Engy Hanna. I would like to share my positive experience with Huma ghafoor, the lady managing my direct payments through Pay Packet, funded by KCIL. She has been consistently friendly, professional, and approachable in all our interactions.

She responds promptly to any enquiries, always taking the time to explain things clearly and ensure I understand each step of the process. Her guidance has made managing direct payments for my child’s care much smoother and far less stressful.

She handles all the necessary paperwork efficiently and with great attention to detail, giving me confidence that everything is being managed correctly. Her support has been invaluable, and I truly appreciate the reassurance she provides in such an important area of care.
