Why do you offer "pay later" clowns and then say "we’re unable to approve your application at this time", you want to insult or humiliate people, I SPIT ON YOU and that CANCER "musk", 500€ is just peanuts for me, YOU came to me with this bullshit or is it just another scheme to make the biggest villain in the world even richer?
They failed not only to investigate a reported case but my account was also blocked. As a result, I was not able to respond to their email notifications and not even given a chance to verify my identity. When I realized that no action was taken for a canceled order that never shipped out, I contacted my linked financial institution and was lucky to recover my payment. The only response from Paypal was a ‘case closed’ in an email notification 3 weeks later and still not able to login. Their German speaking guest phone support was useless for my English as they failed to assist me in logging in to my more than 15-year-old account. Shame on you Paypal Austria.

Finally, almost 2 months after the ordeal started, I was given a chance to login and attempting to delete my account I managed to submit a communication for my adventure as a pdf in the ‘resolve’ section. Few hours later I received 2 emails confirming that all restrictions to my account had been removed. Nevertheless, when I tried to login, I was greeted again with the same message as before “Wir können Ihre Identität nicht bestätigen”.

Today I found out that 92 € went lost from my account „reserved transaction“ and it’s not possible to „open claim case“ Nothing… just to accept that my money is lost!
Chat doesnt work there is just digital answering machine.
On Telephone line are people, which are absolutely unprofessional and try to reason me that it’s not true .
Instead of help they suggested to go to the police office or court.
I wrote about Situation on „ Impressum“ e- mail, but there are also no support.
I m just writing here in oder to beware those people who believes that PAY Pal is still secure as before. Now It is just online platform without any custom support and without responsibility for your money.
