Gone, gone, gone!

Almost immediately, my card was frozen. I don't want to update my account with selfie, photo of ID, banc account etc. for a 25 euro card. End of long story ... I did not find any web store where I could pay with this card. Do not trow away your money on this one!

This is an absolute joke

This is an absolute joke. Over a week ago, I topped up my account with a €150 Paysafecard. Shortly after, Paysafe froze my account without any apparent reason, and I can no longer access my money.

As requested, I immediately uploaded a photo of my ID and the purchase receipt. Since then, there has been absolutely no response from Paysafe. Not a single reply—only a generic message saying that the issue has been forwarded to the appropriate department.

This is completely unacceptable. I urgently needed that money and still do. Do yourselves a favor and never use Paysafe. I strongly advise all friends and acquaintances to avoid it as well. What is happening here is beyond unacceptable.

SMS validation broken, lost my money.

I bought a card in Aldi thinking I could use it. It turns out you need to make an account with them, which requires SMS verification. The SMS never arrives. You can click "send again" 3 times, but it never arrived. I am luck I only lost 10 Euros.
