Do do not use this app if you don't want to lose money. I'm serious. Their exchange rate is insane I tried sending money to Kenya only for them to take around 21 dollars that's 3000 shillings for only sending 300 dollars? The person will get less of the money you wanted them to get. The customer services is horrible all they care about is making money. It's like they are happy the transaction went through and won't help you. Most companies do return if you made a transactions by mistake if your not satisfied whether its clothing, subscription but Somalis will never learn customer service

Unprofessionally worst customer service unreliable waste of time. They answer the phone while they’re walking on the streets. They say the best in the UK while you receive a phone call from abroad and Sweden. I do not recommend anyone to send or waste of time.

Unfortunately, Paysii's delays in delivering mobile money can be a significant inconvenience. Considering these issues, I can no longer consider Paysii as my go-to money transfer app when sending funds to East Africa. It's essential to explore alternatives that offer better exchange rates and ensure timely delivery of funds.

I would stay away. I sent a payment many days ago. It just says processing. No response from support. and The recipient never received it.

They say the customer support is 24/7 but that is a lie. They do not respond at all. I have sent many request for a status update or a refund. But they just take your money and disappear.

They take your money without any communication and won’t give me a refund. How can this be allowed?

I initially wanted to make large sums of transfer but held back and made a smaller amount. They took my money without doing any service. If you want your money stolen. Use PaySii.
