As a first time contractor I had no clue about how to set up my PSC and manage its tax affairs. PayStream have taken the work and worry off my hands, and I am very comfortable knowing that they are proactive on my behalf, and that they are only a phone call away.

As the personal tax year end approaches I've been given clear information on my options by the ever friendly Andrew, and he has also helped me start to look at the year ahead and how to put myself in the best possible position. As a time-poor individual who has little experience of this side of business, PayStream have given me exactly what I needed: peace of mind.

I moved to the UK from the US and got a contract job offer which meant I needed to create my own LTD company. After signing up with PayStream to handle my accounting, while not knowing anything about UK taxes and whatnot, they have made everything so simple. They are always proactively notifying me of everything I need to be on top of and offering one to one meetings should I have any questions. Their web app is well laid out as well, and useful for submitting expenses and whatnot.

Lack of transparency on charges and inconstant charges invoice to invoice with inadequate explanation. I queried the different charges months ago and am still waiting an explanation. I checked with two other umbrella company's and explained my 2 contracts in detail and both of them advised me to set up as self employed, they both said they would charge too much for the little work they would do.
