Excellent customer service from Jordan
Paystream have the professional expertise to explain everything I needed to know about my first payslip from them. Jordan was particularly helpful in answering all of my questions around the breakdown of my gross pay to my net pay and even helped answer some additional questions around pensions. Very informative and helpful.

First-Time Contractor? PayStream Makes It Effortless
PayStream came highly recommended as an umbrella company and they did not disappoint! I had a seamless onboarding experience with a very friendly chap who explained everything to me (it was my first time contracting using an umbrella company so this was much appreciated).
The app was extremely intuitive and had all the information I required in a really accessible way and the Customer Care were always on hand to respond to any queries quickly and professionally.
When my assignment came to an end, I had a very pleasant call with a Customer Care rep who, once again, explained everything to me regarding my P45 and assured me that I could onboard again easily if I was contracting in the future.
And if I do contract in the future? Yes, I'll absolutely be using PayStream!
