Muhammed Jamshid was the most helpful person I've come across. I contacted other suppliers for the same service and some of them are yet to respond to my inquiries. He kept me updated every step of the way and responded quickly to any questions I had. If everyone at PayTabs is this efficient, I'm sure we will continue to be very happy customers.

Paytabs is taking forever to accept or reject your account once you apply at the beginning, you'll have to wait for months with no emails, no notifications about what's going on, and i know they're going to reply to this with "please reach out with us to fix your issue", i already did like 30 times, with NO replies, i've used all of your contact informations, so yeah for people seeking to start a real business, this will be a waste of time, if this is how they treat customers before they even start, then you have to imagine what will come next.
EDIT : Well since you guys don't operate in Morocco, why i didn't see that in the first place ? i've seen that my country were available when i was uploading documents, and there was an "other" option when choosing the country, or at least why didn't i received an email about the situation when i sent too many about my case, so this is not professional. and i've also seen that other people have the same problem with you guys.

The onboarding proccess was very personalized and Abdulaziz Elrayes made sure that all of the features we needed were met (Amex integration, USD transactions).
He made the process smooth and was extremely responsive.
