The most stressful experience in all of my 32 years in business!
Do not sign with them if you value your time!
They provided a terminal that worked only 50 percent of the time for the entire 4 year contract and having lost several sales or having to offer customer alternative ways of paying.
3 months before the 4 year contract ended the terminal completely stopped working and they were already trying to sell us a new contract! I finally just signed with another more reputable company and they are still holding us to the end of the contract even though the device does not work at all.
Avoid this stress at any cost and do yourself a favor and sign with reputable companies that can actually help you when something goes wrong.
I hope this review can save some other unsuspecting businesses from all the stress that was endured over this 4 year nightmare!
