Trustful service and excellent customer support

After recent DFX finance hack issues I was stuck with holding CADC for uncertain long period.

I contacted support, explained current situation and after KYC (non-canadian resident) the booked me an OTC transaction for swapping CADC to USDC. All went smooth in less than 25min.

Customer support was extremely helpful and also assist during out of business hours (weekend).

There is always risk in crypto but this company is proper star!

Always reliable

I've had multiple stable coin exchanges via e-transfer and every single one of them is handled promptly without any issues in a matter of minutes or up to a couple of hours. Highly recommended!

Great onboarding process

Great onboarding process. Took less than five minutes. Was initially hesitant as these guys are new. But the buy with eTransfer works as they described. Got the Dai immediately after filling out the eTransfer request
