I love using the app

I love using the app and for the most part find everything I need on the app. I have made suggestions for additional stores and I hope I will see them added in the not so distant future. I feel like FOUR is reasonable with their payment timelines; however, I would appreciate a payment move date (with a fee attached) for those times when the payment falls a day or so before a payday.

I love four I have been using them for…

I love four I have been using them for a couple of years and I have not had a problem whatsoever. I pay my payments right on time and they keep raising my balance nothing negative to say whatsoever. I think it’s an awesome awesome deal.

Smoothing sail so far

The apps been good so far ..some people had bad things happen but so far it been smooth sailing ..I ordered on Amazon a few good items and got them and no problem yet but until crap hits the fan it,ll keep using it...but I do my homework before I order anything ..

SCAM & FRAUD they will take your money…

SCAM & FRAUD they will take your money and they card they give you to purchase with will not work it is not activated. They have no customer service to speak to only a robot computer. I have emailed them multiple times and have not gotten a response. Save yourself the time and trouble.

Recently placed an order through a retailer only to find out that order was cancelled . Called the retailer customer service and they said it was because my bank (the card FOUR gave me) had to approve it ?
Do not use this company. My first time using and now I have to go through the tedious process of getting my money back

They fraudulently claim that you’re approved for a credit limit and then once you click on a store, they give you a tiny credit limit and then they charge you $12.99 monthly, exploiting you if you want to use the tiny amount on any popular stores. And to top it off, you can have on-time payments with them for a year, but if you don’t use your credit with them, you lose it, and the approved amount shrinks. And the fraudulent amount that they said originally stays on the home screen even though you cannot use it
it’s called false advertising, and you should be held accountable for breaking guidelines when it comes to selling. Just saying.

I love four and I even pay the monthly fee but with most stores you can order something and then it will cancel your orders. I wish they had better partnerships with some retailers. The one thing I don’t like is four automagically , withdrawn the money out your account without knowing if your order went thru or not. I think it should be a 24 hour hold on the amount then it process thru.

I love the four app

I love the four app! It comes in handy especially for Christmas when money is tight. It is super easy to use and the payments are always affordable to get the things I need when I need them. The app is easy to use. I love having Fourplus which adds the stores I shop at the most.

Not as great as before

I used to really like this app, as it’s a great way to purchase items without paying in full. However, I’ve been having the worst experiences with being charged for orders & then orders being cancelled, but not receiving a refund automatically; orders not being completed, but still being charged by four & having to go through the report a claim process. It’s becoming more difficult to use something that was once so easy & i’m truly considering deleting my account.

Scam I ordered from them on Amazon they took money first then took a schedule payment early and my order was cancelled And the order number they gave me Amazon Never recognize they have no customer service number only a bot chat don’t do it still no refund I’m deleting this app

These people are frauds

I only gave a star because I had to I placed an order today & was charged twice, the retailer cancelled my order so I will not be receiving what I ordered, there's no refunds, no one to talk to and my money is gone,,, This is a fraud company please beware

Charges you for orders but you can't…

Charges you for orders but you can't place the order with the store. Try to reach customer service and no phone number or email in app just automated system that can't understand " I've been charged for my order in four app but haven't been able to place the order with the store". Horrible, and I paid the extra $12.99 for some type of elevated customer service. Must have meant 1 level from hell.
