Most of website block virtual card.
But paypal works! it's good.

They suspend my account because when I pay via this card on cl.com they refund me and told me they can't accept this type of card payment. moon suspend my account and don't give me my and my friend money
even if we mail they never ans... scam scam

Where is all our locked money going? when you create card service. I lost a total of 10,000$ -15,000$ For you guys. What do you guys do with our money. Support is too poor, Scam, I use youtube if wrong, you should not provide that service.
2 weeks you do not reply to customer messages. Are you really a scammer?

DO NOT use it! It is typical a scam! They banned my account and remove me from discord group when I tried to contact them! Do not tell me nonsense words like ‘ It sounds like your account may have been banned for engaging in fraud. Moon has a zero tolerance policy on illegal activity and accounts that are used to commit fraud will be banned or suspended’. You are not law enforcement! You don’t have the right to hold any fund from user! You are the fraud itself ! Refund my money or reply me in group! Let everyone see ur criminal face!

Moonpay is a great new financial tool. Scammers are kept at bay by default. Sites that secretly charge you are a thing of the past. The support staff at moonpay are quick to respond and did a great job. I love the service.

Been using the product for almost a full year, and I absolutely love it. You get the best of privacy with one-time use cards for online transactions and immediate cash back when paying with Strike. Seamless experience.

Had an impressive experience on the platform. The BEST option if you want to grab free trials, like Linode, Amazon AWS, Spotify..., with your crypto! They provide you a prepaid Visa card, though it can be used a few US merchants who accept prepaid cards. You can't blame them for a merchant doesn't accept that card, as it's that paticular merchant's preference of not accepting prepaids. I can see there're many complaints saying they don't refund deposits back into the user's crypto wallets; which is NOT. They refunded my total deposit after around 5 days of contacting the support. THEY DO REFUND BACK INTO YOUR WALLET.
You'll probably have a satisfying service there. I even recommended this to my group of crypto traders and most of them are happy with it. So, go ahead and try it out. :)

Can’t use the card anywhere. Support is very slow about solving the problems I have with their service. Waste of money and time, wouldn’t recommend to anyone unless you want your money stuck on a card you can’t use anywhere nor get a refund.

I depositted bitcoin into a card and closed out of the card by accident and they just never creditted me for it. Emailed them and everything, no response

It's just a scam or very close. Their claim "Shop online with cryptocurrency" even if it's working somewhere is missing a something very very important. It should be - "shop online in a limited group of stores".

I didn't find a single seller accepting their card. Mostly they was 100% U.S. residents.
Sometimes it's like that
Payments must be processed in the US.
However, mostly just we can't process your card message from the seller.

P.S. Their refunds aren't refunds as well, you're getting their credits instead of something useful. As you can see - at least they are consistent.

↓ A lie - I sent few mails to their support 2 weeks ago about refund, had been ignored.

My payments via Stripe, Paddle, etc. get blocked because "Payments must be processed in the US."

been using pay with moon now for months. no problems ever, living on bitcoin. I really enjoy the apple pay feature, its what really makes this possible!

Their site says "There are no fees for making purchases through Moon." but they take fees for free trials. You will loose your money with this service.
