Slow customer service with quirks

When i first signed up and didn't have to put in my email or a phone number, just did a quick ID scan and a selfie, and had my card issued in 2 mins, I was like.. WOW! Amazing onboarding experience!

But after that, support has disappointed me. They allow opening of 3 support tickets, but they keep auto closing requests saying it's a duplicate while it is not. Support humans take around 8-48h to reply. That's way too slow.

I reached out to them by email, on X, emailed the CEO - nothing. lol. 6M in funding and no money for customer support? OK I am done ranting.

My actual review of Payy Card:

The Good:
2 mins from download to card ready to use
Generous fee structure, 1% fx fee, no spread on stables to USD
Unlimited Daily Spend
They raised 6M in Seed Funding so have potential

The Bad:
No physical Card
No Cashback, but you get points with no monetary value yet
Slow customer service with quirks

------ in the end, the Good is more than the Bad, but I just feel emotionally involved and upset now lol. So low rating from me.
