The company provides quick and personalized support, and I would like to thank Leonardo Ramos in particular for his help every time we needed assistance.

The attention Leonardo Ramos gave us, demonstrating that Payz cares more about its customers, completely changed my perspective on the company. I hope they continue on this path, valuing those who are most dedicated to using the platform and helping us when needed, just like Leo does.

Working with Leonardo is always a great experience.
He’s super quick and efficient, and his support is top-notch.
He also gives us tips on how to solve problems and sticks with us until everything’s sorted out.
Payz is lucky to have him on the team!

Vet sad

It is a quick service, the only issue is the amount to deposit is preset, so there is no freedom to deposit the amount needed.

MY MONEY ARRIVED ON AUGUST 7TH AND TODAY AUGUST 26TH I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY MONEY. HOW LONG MORE SHOULD I WAIT? THE MONEY I NEED IS URGENT AND THEY ONLY TELL ME THAT MY BANK REJECTED MY DEPOSIT. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL. DO NOT BOTHER STRESSING OUT WITH THIS PAGE. I AM TELLING YOU VERY SERIOUSLY.

I am a gambling addict and made payments to an illegal online casino through Payz. By processing these payments, Payz is directly supporting and profiting from illegal gambling operations that exploit vulnerable individuals. When I contacted them to request a reversal of the transactions, they refused to help. This is irresponsible, unethical, and potentially illegal. I will be taking legal action against Payz. Strongly advise avoiding this company if you care about fairness and consumer protection.

I’ve encountered serious issues with Payz that align with concerns raised in this detailed article: it’s not just in my head—there are real structural drawbacks.
What Went Wrong
Excessive Compliance Hurdles
Deposits and withdrawals below €5,000 got repeatedly flagged, and funds were frozen without clear justification. The documentation process was convoluted, and they kept pulling back—long after everything had already been verified.
Unclear and Delayed Withdrawals
Transfers—even to my own accounts—were delayed, subjected to manual review, and sometimes outright refused unless I provided unnecessary documentation. Terms of service didn’t reflect these drawn-out timelines.
Customer Service Frustrations
Calls to support were unhelpful—communication was poor, with staff asking illogical questions like why I’m taxed in one country yet resident in another. It’s 2025—I don’t expect this level of ignorance.
Key Problems
Lack of transparency: No one seems to know their own policies.
No confidence: Even after verification, they freeze accounts anyway.
Inconvenient by design: It almost feels like they’d rather you spend with their cards than transfer your own money out.
Final Thoughts
Based on my experience and what I’ve read—including the insightful critique here—I wouldn’t recommend Payz to individuals. This platform seems better aligned with keeping your money circulating internally than actually letting you use or access it freely.
If you're on the fence, I highly recommend reading the article I linked—it echoes many of my own frustrations and provides a broader context for understanding Payz’s systemic hurdles.

When I had a problem, they responded quickly to my emails.

WARNING. They are without a doubt the worst business I have ever signed up with.
I've jumped through every hoop they've asked me to verify my account however I still have no access ID verification a number of photos of me holding my ID and a phone call. I am now just being told that it is with the relevant team to review everything I've submitted with no timeframe as to when this might be complete. Update* They unlocked my account only to tell me they were shutting it down after an attempt to transfer money to a family member.

ABSOLUTELY A SCAM.🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫
I made my deposit weeks ago and ever since the company has locked my account preventing me from withdrawing my money... Yet it still allows me to deposit??? You have to g through a long verification process just to spend YOUR MONEY. I've emailed them half a dozen times and is the same GENERIC RESPONSE. They will not answer your questions, just tell you their looking into it...
PAYZ IS THE WORST PROCESSOR IVE EVER ENCOUNTERED.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Until they fix my account and let me have MY MONEY this review will stay up.
Edit: The worst part about this company is you can't even talk to a person. They only do email communications and they only respond with generic pre approved messages.

Western union refunded my account which is awesome but what I didn't like was that the transfer fees weren't refunded and now as I initate my withdrawal again I'm being charged double, what's the logic in that!?

So far, so good. Created an account yesterday, upgraded to silver, virtual card works great, crypto deposit works, can add bank account for withdrawal, transfer fees seem a bit high. Bought something with the virtual card and I didn't pay any transaction fee so that's great. Not seeing the ACH information for bank to bank deposit. This app is still sorta new, you guys can't expect them to be perfect, so far I like it no complains. 👌✨ Customer service was good too as long as you message during waking hours in their time zone. Will be recommending it to all my Caribbean people.
