What I like best about this company is the staff. There is no question they take care of there clients. Any issue I have ever had they had answers which is all we can ask for. I don't want to leave anyone out because the whole staff is great. However I would like to mention that Kelsey has no problem going above and beyond for us at Nest Planner. We would recommend them to merchants that need to do some billing. They are worth every dime

I am a FIRST TIME CUSTOMER, and was experiencing trouble logging into the mobile app. AND the actual PayZang "site". Customer Service sent me SEVERAL re-set "links", then the next day I called and my problems were resolved. I MUST say, I spoke with a charming representative (Ms. Kelsey) and she WILL DEFINITELY make you feel MUCH BETTER. Lady Kelsey is an asset to the company -- she ROCKS!!
