My experience with Zilch has been great. The app is very easy simple to navigate and use. The Zilch services are excellent such as where I can shop how the purchases are paid back by installments is really convenient and helpfull for me, I'm able to get my new flat up together because being with Zilch has made that really good for me, as I've had to buy things for my new flat and althoe I've paid everything back well before the set dates, the service in general has been outstanding, I'm so glad to be with Zilch.

Refund of charges on unexpected pay later transaction.
I had a transaction which had selected pay now. However, the network is unstable when I executed y the transaction and the payment was changed to pay later accidentally. As the pay later will involved charges. I have contacted the CS at the first attempt but the problem is not solved. When I contacted Camille again, she is very helpful and made refund of the charges to me finally. I am really happy about her good response and assistance on this matter.
