Poor communication
After the order was placed and paid there was no further update from the webshop (shipment confirmation, tracking number, etc). Only after placing a low-score review I got to hear that the package is at the pick-up point (as the reaction below states) and could finally receive my order. The products I purchased were neatly packed but communication should definitely be improved...
