My experience with Poliakoff Backer — legal representation for Lakeside Green HOA (West Palm Beach, FL)

In 2024–2025, I had an extremely negative experience with the law firm Poliakoff Backer, which represents Lakeside Green Homeowners Association No. 9, Inc. (West Palm Beach, FL).

Throughout this period, I encountered:
• Complete lack of response to formal requests
• Denial of access to important documents I am legally entitled to
• Suspicious amendments to HOA governing documents
• A clear conflict of interest between the firm and the HOA board
• Potential manipulation of title records affecting homeowners

Despite filing an Emergency Motion in court, submitting formal notices, and following all legal steps, I was met with silence, delays, and what appeared to be strategic obstruction. Based on my experience, I believe this firm acts not in the interest of justice, but in defense of those abusing their power within the HOA.

If you’re a homeowner who values transparency, legal fairness, and respect for your rights — I strongly advise against working with Poliakoff Backer.
