From the moment I contacted PBT

From the moment I contacted PBT, they were helpful, responsive, knowledgeable and passionate about the product they were selling. This continued throughout the whole process right until completion of the project. I had a slightly cheaper quote from Cotswold Energy, but unfortunately they did not show the same level of service. If you choose to use Pete and his team at PBT, you will get a superior product (being a Stiebel Eltron ASHP), reliable service, and an efficient product that will last.
