I placed an order on 20th April and I am still waiting on my order!! I've tried various ways to contact the company and my emails are being ignored. First time using this company and It will be my last. DON'T waste your money ordering as there's a good chance you wont receive your items!

Order not received and absolutely no response from the numerous contacts I have sent to Jay. Disgraceful service. DO NOT order from here and definitely ignore the hype when he says he will respond 🤣🤣🤣

Ordered a wonder woman pbuddy on 13 august it is now 20 November and still no sign of of it, I've had no response to any of my emails or other messages whatsoever

Ordered Keyring on 03/03. Money taken. It still hasn't arrived at 29/03. No response to my emails or messenger messages.

Very strange website. Ordered two key chains which were not cheap... heard nothing, chased via Facebook (no email support), suddenly recieve a dispatch confirmation saying due to an illness things have been taking longer. Still no order, and no reply on Facebook. I just want a refund now.

I’ve just ordered my third order from this company. I love them. I’ve ordered the Harry Potter ones. Hoping they arrive by Christmas, but I know it’s late and what the post is so they can always get them after. Fingers crossed. These buddies are all adorable.

Ordered an army and a police officer buddy for my son the week before Christmas. Wasn’t expecting them to arrive until the new year but they got here a couple of days later. Excellent contact from Jay with regards to the order, dispatch and again to check arrival. My son was delighted with the pBuddies and they are certainly very cute and sturdy. Would recommend to others and will order again for my other son when he’s gone later in the year.

Ordered the soldier key buddie for my son who is ex army,pleased with the item,quick delivery and correspondence from the company was great. I would definately recommend them.
