1) Their after sales services is the worst in Romania, after you ordered, they refused to solve a product on warranty, I have sent a damaged product and it came back the same and they concluded it has no issue even if I clearly wouldn't lose my time to ship the product just to get it back the same as initially sent. They didn't test it for more than 10 seconds for sure, I had to buy another products from other website because of that.
2) They refused the return for a product in the past even if my argument was valid, lost time in endless conversations back & fort with them.

I ordered a laptop and they refuse my order because some time in the past I returned two other laptops. This is the first time that some website has the audacity to refuse a fully purchased order based on me using my european citizen privilege. In the past I also had many orders including an MacBook Pro M1 which I was happy with and did not return. They are a joke and a scam. Avoid.

Absolutely terrible experience with PC Garage warranty support. The warranty chat is not used to solve issues, but to delay them. Days wasted in pointless conversations, questions ignored, and vague, evasive replies.

This feels like a deliberate tactic to exhaust the customer until they give up. Instead of solutions, you get stalling. Once you reach warranty support, you are no longer treated as a customer, but as a nuisance.

Complete lack of professionalism and respect. They hide behind procedures and take advantage of the fact that consumer protection is weak. If something goes wrong after you pay, you are on your own. Avoid.

Totally unserious, you can't trust them. I intended to buy a PC gaming system, worth about 3k euros, and when I asked for some specific details about the specific configuration of the system (I asked which manufacturer the video card is from, because only the GPU model was specified, I asked what exact model of RAM it contains, only the quantity and frequency were specified, and I also asked what exact model the SSD is, because only the 2Tb capacity was specified) they replied that first I had to place the order, pay for it, and then they would communicate the exact specific configuration to me depending on the component models they had in stock. After that, because I insisted on giving me the exact details for the product I was going to purchase, they abruptly ended the conversation. Disrespectful technical support. And the whole approach sounds like a scam. I will buy from somewhere else.

They send incomplete assembled devices. Customer support is poor. They require only communication by mail messages and tons of paper work. Big delays in answers and problem-solving .... if they have any intention to solve something....

I bought about twenty different items in last seven years and I was very satisfied each time. The company is serious, speedy and punctual. Their techinal service is also very good.
