After receiving the money... Silence and inertia.
Bought a faulty laptop. Right from the start , battery was completely drained. After being able to change a bit, battery drainage ridiculous high. In 6h goes from 90% to 21% and with the system closed or in hibernation.
Want to return and get a full refund but I can't get feedback from them at all. It's been 4 days and just silence. Apparently a big computer store with multiple shops in Spain and such poor client support.
