Buyers BEWARE! The customer service is really bad, no, it's beyond bad, it's dreadful, the worst I've ever seen. I received my ps5 but was not the right model and opened a return case. Nobody showed up to pick up the parcel and nobody replied to the case or to my messages until I've opened a case on PayPal.
Then I've got some odd replies / questions which made me think those were either automated replies (with placeholder names as disguise) or their operators are just dumb.
Why? They've asked me to confirm that their courier showed up at my door and I DENIED. They ignored my reply and after just 3 days replied that the parcel was picked up and they would reach out after receiving it and inspecting it. Too bad the parcel is still here in my home and nobody came to pick it up.
It seems almost a scam... luckily I paid with PayPal otherwise I'd be screwed.

More than one month after placing my order, I have received neither the product nor a refund.
Customer support has been completely unhelpful and evasive, providing no real answers or timelines.
It is clear that they have no intention of returning the money, leaving customers with no choice but to waste time and, in some cases, consider filing fraud complaints just to protect themselves.
This has been an extremely negative experience in every aspect:
order never delivered
refund never issued
lack of professionalism and accountability
I strongly recommend avoiding this company. If you don’t want to risk losing your money, shop elsewhere.
Service so bad. Ordered item 16-12, had to contact them and I had to threaten to cancel my payment. Package then have to pick up at the pick-up point 3 weeks later instead of home delivery. I only have half of the items I ordered. Never again

Extremely disappointed with this website.
This was my very first order, with a total value of over €1,200, and it was never delivered in full. Despite several follow-ups and a clear request for a refund for the missing items, customer support completely stopped responding, and my tickets remain unanswered.
To make matters worse, I was invited to leave a review on their website, but my comment was censored and never published.
Given this total lack of support and the ongoing situation, I now have no other choice but to initiate formal procedures to obtain a refund.
Very disappointing experience, which I absolutely do not recommend.

Worst site ever. They tried to scam me by not refunding me a graphic card stolen by Mondial Relay. They had all proofs from Mondial Relay but they didn't care. Thankfully, I have been refunded by Paypal.
I will never order something from them in the future.
SCAMMERS !!!!

Got my order + a lollipop
Nothing more to note, if the price is right for you I think it's worth it, otherwise it's just another pc part seller

Ordered 2x8To for my NAS. Both were not even packaged in protective material, just in simple cardboard. A real joke. One was not working (hopefully the functioning one will last). Used the customer service to return it and request a new one, the new one was also defective!
I finally asked for a refund.
Ordered another one on amazon. 20€ more expensive but definitely worth it.
Now when I connect to it, everything is in Spanish and there is no button to switch the language

Absolutely appalling delivery service by a bunch of clowns called TIPSA who seem to be part of the PC components set up. I ordered my item on December 4 and it was eventually delivered to my door on December 28. Initially the item was sent to a pick up point for collection 120 kilometres from my home address and I was informed that it was waiting for collection there. I had to send a series of emails to get it redirected.. I then received a series of messages telling me that the item had been directed to a pick up point 30 km away, and then it was ready for pick up locally, and simultaneously as I received that message, I got another message saying the package could not be delivered. Then within a day without any prior notice by phone or email a courier just turned up at my door on a Sunday morning - I could easily have been outi. The words "incompetent" and "could not organise a piss up in a brewery" spring to mind. I won't be using PC components again or their courier service and will warn others not to. A delivery service based in Spain that takes nearly four weeks to deliver a small domestic item should not be in business.

I received a defective Graphics Card (Sapphire Pulse 9070xt), which started showing artifacts, such as triangles, bubbles, lines etc, moving randomly and erratically, once I used it under load (4k gaming).
They no longer sell that item and claim that they can't send me a replacement as they have none in stock, only willing to provide me a refund. The issue herein is this: the prices have increased by 70€ (as of 26.12.2026) since I initially purchased the product and under German law (§ 439/281 BGB) I am entitled to either a replacement or them covering the cost of a replacement. Under EU Law (Rome I), they are forced to abide by German consumer protection law, if they are doing business in Germany. They are not willing to do so.
As of now, I have notified them that I will be pursuing legal action, if they do not meet the deadline.
UPDATE: It took until the 1st of January before someone higher up the chain took a look at my case and I finally got a confirmation that a replacement will be send. It just took over a week of constant e-mail exchanges, with blanket statements of "we don't provide a replacement" "if there is one in stock, only then will we send a replacement" etc.
Within that week I also discovered that the item was still being listed with a the option to send out notifications, once more cards were in stock. So the very first email I received in response to my request for a replacement, was a lie. There were also 3rd party sellers on that site, who were also selling the exact item. This meant that they had easy, albeit costly, access to a replacement. And considering german law also pushes for an "equal or better" resolution, they could have also decided to provide a free upgrade to the Sapphire Pure or Nitro+ (something that does happen over here, in order to provide a speedy replacement). Both cards were in stock and being sold.
I would have upgraded my review to a 3 star rating, just for the fact that a) there is a positive resolution and b) Christmas season can delay things, but on top of all my prior issues, their German website suffers from broken links and other issues. For some reason, when I go onto their website I get a "Would you like to use this in a different language: Espana or Espana" (in Spanish mind you) box. Now which one makes me move to German? Which one has me stay in Spanish? You need to guess (top one for German, bottom for Spanish). And of course some links inside the user settings/orders section were also broken on the German side. I initially had to open up my support ticket on the Spanish website, because the German site would lead to a broken link. Same with clicking on the listing of my graphics card in the "Returns" section. Spanish worked, German did not.
So 2 stars it is and it will make me more cautious about ordering from a smaller non-german online retailer.

The overall experience and service was good. Quite good prices and very user-friendly website.
I did have an issue with my order, regarding an item that ran out of stock. I was not informed about it until I tried calling by myself, only then I was informed of what had happened (i didn’t receive any email notifications, nor update to the order status)
Regardless of this issue, the customer service was very prompt and helpful.
They helped solving the issue and having my order delivered to me right, the next day, props to them!

UPDATE (05/02/2025): I have finally been refunded today. While I appreciate that the situation was eventually resolved, the overall experience remains regrettable.
I placed an order on December 9th (Order #6032025226836), with an expected delivery date of December 15th.
As of December 22nd, I still hadn't received my order. According to tracking, the parcel had been "in processing" at the Harnes hub since December 11th, with no update or movement for more than 10 days.
What was most disappointing is that I contacted PCComponentes and received no response for a long time. When a parcel is stuck for this long, the customer cannot act directly with the carrier — the seller needs to intervene.
Delays can happen, especially in December, but the lack of communication and follow-up was unacceptable. It should not take this long to resolve what is ultimately a basic logistics issue.

Prices are very competitive, and customer support is acceptable: when contacted by email, they usually respond within two to three business days.
However, the main problem with this company lies in its transport partner, which is extremely unreliable. I have purchased from them several times, but this experience will likely be my last.
For shipments to the Canary Islands, delivery times are completely unacceptable. In my current case, the expected delivery date passed more than a month and a half ago. Although the company offered to refund the transportation fees, the package has still not arrived, and there is no clear information about when—or if—it will be delivered.
Trying to contact the transport company does not lead to any resolution. Phone calls simply ring without being answered, and there is no effective way to communicate with them.
This is not an isolated incident. On a previous occasion, after waiting more than a month with no delivery date, I had to drive approximately 50 miles each way to collect my package directly from the transport company’s facilities, as it had been sitting there for weeks without any attempt to deliver it to my address.
The lack of coordination, transparency, and accountability in the logistics process makes the overall service unacceptable, despite the otherwise competitive pricing.

Be cautious when ordering a pre-built PC. They will scam you with the ram, then they answer with a reply saying that calling support is just a mistake... No, sir, I call your support, and they try to scam saying that 1 card 16gb ram is the same as 2 cards of ram and that from 1500MHZ to 3400 MHz is almost the same...

I placed an order no. 6022025927580 for a high-end desktop PC, regularly paid via bank transfer, as proven by the invoice in my possession and my bank receipt.
The delivery was scheduled for 04/12/2025, but to date the product has not been delivered, and I have not received clear information about the actual status of the order.
I have opened several support tickets, including case no. 6141144 (request 18344828). Unfortunately, the responses received have been vague, generic, or completely absent, with no real effort to properly address the issue.
The order is marked as shipped; however, the tracking number provided is not valid, and the indicated courier (Seur) does not recognize the shipment in its system.
After weeks of waiting and multiple follow-ups, the handling of this situation has been disappointing and unprofessional, especially considering the high value of the purchase.
At this time, I cannot recommend this e-commerce store, pending a concrete resolution.

Bought a Ninja Double Stack XL Air Fryer, yesterday(11/12/2025). I am sitting in my office and looking at the box today(12/12/2025). Exceptional service! I will definitely recommend this site to friends and family and thought it was so good I am wasting my time here. On top of it all, I bought it for 90€ cheaper than at Whortens. I almost made the mistake of buying it this past weekend on a whim in the mall(Colombo) but decided against it and am I ever glad I did. I will make this site one I check for all things going forward. This is my situation I can't speak for everyone else...
