Recently bought a motherboard MPG B650 CARBON WIFI from MSI. Is a great mid-range motherboard that offers a great balance of features and performance. It is a good choice for gamers and enthusiasts who are looking for a motherboard with PCIe 5.0, DDR5 memory support.

I received a defective table, they didn’t want to help me in any way, they just said “return” and no other options, but I just needed to replace 1 part so that the table was perfect. Fully returning the table was not an option for me, as I needed something to work on. And instead of finding a common language and somehow meeting the buyer halfway, they simply deleted all the dialogue on their website and simply gave up on solving the problem. No dialogue - no problem. Disgusting company. The worst I've ever dealt with.

Products are original, they are fast , i have a great experience with PC DIGA.

the process was fairly simple and the product was great but the store was a little too far and the help desks were mostly empty with 1 to 2 employees present.

The product was perfect the delivery in a festive day was great as there were nobody in the shop of Benfica but it was delivered 4 days after the expected date.

I am not fluent in Portuguese so the problem I had can definitely be attributed to this fact. What happened was that I wanted a certain merchandise and saw that you had this item in stock, so without any prior understanding of how PCDIGA works I thought going to the shop would be faster than ordering online. I live in Estoril. When in the shop the staff member said something about MBWAY and I confirmed since I do indeed have MBWAY. What was not at all clear to me was that my order would not be executed until prepayment initiated by me had been done. When my item didn’t arrive on the day of promised delivery I emailed you and everything was clarified. An improvement of you process would have been to send me an email invoice or prompt clearly explaining that no delivery would be executed before payment was received. In other countries I have recided in payment on delivery was sometimes possible or payment at the post office before collecting the merchandise.

the queue was short, the staff handled my purchase very carefully and ethically. I recommend.

Everything went smooth. The only thing is, I didn't receive notification that my order is in shop and ready for pick up unless I explicitly wrote to support. Worker in shop spoke English fluently, so it's another big plus for me
