Monitor came broken 😞, and it’s ordered on 27 of January website then said delivery will be on 29 January, but unfortunately i got it on 5 February it even came broken display was half broken half working but not turning on properly, i filed a complaint in 5 minutes of delivery since then nothing till today it’s 9th February, but nobody cares first they said you can return the product at any shop and they will help further, then appear mr jorge bastos from pcdiga support he said that forget the previously stated information and i have to justify that the monitor came broken or its not my fault 🤦, later on he’s just trying to get my period over of Portugal national law i was eligible to get my own hard earned money because i didn’t get what i paid for , mr jorge bastos is clearly stating that they don’t care about people they are not going to give anything back, since then i replied him 4,5 times he’s continuously asking for more proofs photos extras i already attached in first email everything to not delay my process (broken monitor and damage in and out of box ) he asked again and again for same photos which is clearly visible i sent 10 photos from different angles but he’s not satisfied with it and then came Friday evening and 2 days more gone , all and all maybe we buy a little cheaper from pcdiga or freshly stocked stuff but if something happens they are not like amazon or worten who cares about people and listen in first go , now i bought another monitor because i needed for my work i picked up from Worten directly if i relay on pcdiga i must have lost my remote job if i thought they going to help me in any sort of way , my email johalsharry62 gmail.com if anyone still thinks this is a wrong rating or what i am available to answer and clear what happened to my order and still sitting at my home with that broken monitor beside my bed totally no usable and no worth at all , i have no hope from them they just took my money and forget me it’s just my money got wasted and left me with tension for the reason i believe buying from them , don’t buy anything fergile or brokable thing , nobody cares still in earlier statement they mentioned i have to take it to lisbon from albufeira or ship it if i had that much time or convenience to be there i must have bought directly from instore not ordering online, first experience inlife that make me more uncomfortable shopping online , i have bought 3,4 items before from pcdiga was good experience with something customer support they are zero at this service

I've been working with this team since the time they had only one location. What better validation you can have, that now they're on six locations, and the I'm betting the CEO is not stopping here. We definitely need one on Lisbon south bay area. But they ship in 24h or less. So You never have to wait to have your product on your hands.

I ordered on the 6th, supposed to arrive on 8th, but only arrived on 14th with no explanation.

The products are very good, i builded the PC here, now i brought a joypad too, Always had good quality, and fast delivery

They built my computer a couple months ago and installed the wrong OS. Now the computer is non-running with no indication why and they have removed all ways of contacting them.

I have never had so many odd issues with a new computer and now no support.

Not the first time buying from pcdiga. Always up to the highest standards. Shipping is extraordinary. Love it

Used to be great but it became a big store selling everything you can imagine and did not increase the team. If you go to the store, you can wait more than 1 hour to speak to someone or buy something. If you try to contact by email, it can take more than 1 week to get one feedback. I recently had to do an RMA and it took more than 30 days and the feedback email was blaming me for not sending the accessories, if this was going to be delayed why didn't they notify me at the beginning? Probably an incompetence on their end that needed someone to blame.

Péssima loja para se comprar. Têm muita publicidade, mas não passa disso. Na altura de fazer a venda é super rápido, mas se tiverem problemas porque um artigo vêm defeituoso ou porque se arrependeram de algo que compraram, embora esteja na lei o direito ao "Arrependimento" no prazo legal de até 14 dias após a data de compra inicial, é praticamente uma guerra com a loja para terem direito a um "Reembolso". Além disso, esta loja costuma tentar forçar o cliente a aceitar "Crédito em Loja" o que é crime!
Não recomendo maioritariamente.

In addition, this shop usually tries to force the customer to accept "Store Credit" which is a crime!
Mostly I do not recommend it.
