I ordered a console from PC Diga and requested a pick up from their store in Porto. The slated time the pick up store closes is 8:00pm. I arrived at the pick up store at 7:59 to notice that the blinds were down. I hurriedly called a gentleman inside and pleaded with him that I have a few seconds left and that I have to urgently get the item I ordered because I was touring the country and I’ll be leaving before the weekend ends. The gentleman told me that the systems shut down at 8pm. Now that begs my question, if I had entered the shop at 7:45 pm and encountered a queue of people waiting to be served and it got to my turn at 8:01, will I be turned away because it’s 8:00 pm even though I got there at 7:45 pm. The gentlemen there were all liars. Particularly the one that seemed to be giving the commands. The customer service is trash and you may sell the best products buys if you have bad service what’s the use. Never again with this company. I will now lose my order because I will not be able to collect it in due time due to someone’s negligence and non empathy and besides I got there a minute early and met the blinds closed whose fault is it mine ?. Let’s be serious.

I have always trusted MSI products, so I decided to buy the MSI Z790 Tomahawk WIFI for my new build. It was a smooth experience to buy it from PCDiga, as always. The motherboard has all the features that are needed and more. It is also of excellent build quality, which is the normal for MSI products. Overall, very happy with my purchase.
