Pc Helper Software Reviews

THEY CHARGED ME MULTIPLE TIMES AND ONLY PARTIALY CORRECTED AFTER WEEKS OF EMAILS. THEY CHARGED ME 49.97 TWICE ON THE SAME DAY, WHICH SHOULD ONLY BE ONE CHARGE. THEY ALSO CHAGED ME 55.00, AND 5.00 A MONTH LATER AFTER I COMPLAINED ABOUT THE 49.97? I LISTED EVERYTHING OUT TO THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SEVERAL TIMES BUT THEY NEVER FULLY REIMBUST ME THE MONEY. FINALLY, AFTER WEEKS THEY REVERST BOTH 49.79 CHAGES AND LEFT THE TWO OTHER CHAGES , WHICH DIDNT MAKE SENCE, BUT I THOUGHT IT WAS OKAY BECAUSE I STILL HAD THE SOFTWARE I WANTED, AND THEN THEY PULLED THAT. SO I DONT HAVE THE SOFTWARE AND THEY GOT 6O BUCKS OF MY MONY. WHEN YOU GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD TO THEM, GOOD LUCK IF THEY MAKE A MISTAKE.

I showed up towards the end of the day after a referral and was helped a no cost in addition to great conversation! Was a quick simple fix but I left much better than I came. -Ahmad

Wow, a lot of negative reviews. This would have been enough when I bought my license through them, not to. However I purchased OIffice 2019 1.5 years ago and loaded onto 5 PC's, still works great. I reached out to them once and they responded. Sorry so many good people here are unhappy.

purchased Office 2021 pro, 5 device licenses. Loaded on my tablet and after a little less than a year of use something deactivated it. Nothing I do, the key I was sent, reactivates. Only one computer key was used.
Despite using their contact us link, sending several emails over a period of months... NO RESPONSE!!!

Evidence indicates PCH Helper Software is a scam and their Customer Service does not exist!

Advertized for 5 computers, but only works on one.

Bought MS 2012 office professional with 5 licenses. The first time worked but I can't get it loaded on my new laptop. No one answers the phone or emails, including via their website. I'm disgusted with this company.

I have SENT A few times emails that I was not able to get the software to download or even work.

not once did I get a reply back so I have something that don't even works

I purchased Microsoft Office 2021 Profession Full Version. I was able to download it but after reaching out to customer service numerous times I am still not able to activate. I can not get any results in resolving the issue.

Completely satisfied. I bought Office 2021 Professional Plus and the service group directed me to the right places to resolve the issues. Thank you.

My experience was great!!
I was able to acquire what I needed and fixed my issues.

The software wouldn't work on my MAC so I had to purchase MS360 to get excel and word to function.

I didnt have time to troubleshoot due to a deadline I had to meet.

I am not sure why the programs will not work.

Have 2019 Office downloaded and activated on one pc.Still waiting to use the other 4 installs. Very pleased so far.
