Best service quick a reliable

Can't praise PC Key Callout highly enough for sorting a problem with my desktop PC last weekend. Shak came out to our home to deal with a corrupt hardrive. He was very supportive and informative throughout and talked me through what needed doing, what it would cost and whether could do that day. He turned everything around in 2 hours and the overall price to install a new larger hard drive and windows too was very reasonable. He also followed up with thorough checks to ensure everything was working and was very flexible this weekend to remotely sort an issue with activation. Would thoroughly recommend Shak and PCKey callout to others.

Tricky problem that required 2 visits but they persevered and solved it all for the original quoted £40 fee.

I had an issue with my computer ( black / blue screen of death ) it turned out to be the HD and i require my computer for work, especially with us working from home so i needed it fixing asap.

Long story short i took my computer to PCkey Callout and they replaced my HD with a brand new one fixing my issues within 2/3 hours of me first contacting them. Very happy and pleased with the service and price.

100% Has my recommendation for any computer issues.

Amazing customer service! I had a smoking computer and had been in touch with various computer services but had little in the way of satisfactory advice. I phoned PCKey on a whim and was sent Shakeel (an engineer) who arrived within half an hour. He had my PC up and running within minutes and had installed my opersting system and Microsoft office too for a very reasonable price! Couldn't be happier with the patience and care and service I recieved. Thank you again I will always ring you guys in future now.

Had an issue connecting a third party router and WiFi extender to my original WiFi hub. The issue was resolved within an hour and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend using the company to solve any software issues.
