With the situation in the US, this is a fantastic opportunity for European cloud storage providers to increase their customer base. For me as a European, it is then all the more infuriating if these companies, here: pCloud, fumble this opportunity by providing absolute crap customer service.
I had a monthly Premium subscription with them and recently upgraded to an annual plan. Something went wrong with the payment and I got charged four times for a total that's twice the billed amount. I contacted them and asked for a refund. When I didn't hear back from them for three days, I disputed one of the charges with my credit card company and informed pCloud about that. Today I get an email that I cancelled my account (I didn't!). Next, the pCloud app tells me that my account is full (<500GB out of 2TB, actually). What a mess.
It's a shame because the service itself is not bad otherwise. But I don't think I want to trust them with my data anymore, since their support is so unreliable.
EDIT: I eventually got the money back that I was overcharged - two weeks later. Their response re: the plan cancellation was puzzling, saying that my plan remains active but they had to cancel it to investigate?! So, a good service from a technical point but marred by crap customer service.

The service is very buggy, I am not able to log in from either mobile or windows desktop. Usually after multiple attemps if finally manages to login.

pCloud is a great cloud storage solution with a lot to offer. The Mac and iPhone apps work seamlessly, and I really appreciate how easily it connects with other cloud services—it’s a smart, efficient way to keep all your files in one place. Syncing is smooth, and the user interface is intuitive.
I did run into a bit of a hiccup with customer support regarding a purchased offer. There was some confusion, and the response time was longer than expected, but they eventually resolved the issue.
That aside, the overall experience with the platform itself has been excellent. If you’re looking for a reliable, feature-rich cloud storage option, pCloud is definitely worth a look.

This product is very easy to use and it does EXACTLY what the advertising says. Everything you need in one place with a very good price. There were no setup problems and I was able to immediately start using it.
The email verification is not working and instead of fixing the problem they are telling me to get in touch with my email provider. I paid for 2TB lifetime backup but can't download the app or do other things now. Beware of Pcloud!
Answer to your reply: 24.3. - You replied to my negative review here faster than the support answered my fourth email. Why can't your support just take care of customer queries, and then you won't get bad reviews? I am certainly not sharing my email here, and your support did not provide me with a ticket number for my complaint in response to my emails. I am still waiting for support to take care of my complaint.
Update to answer 2: I did NOT sign up with the incorrect email. There is a problem in your backend with a mess-up between @googlemail and @gmail. I am signing in to two separate accounts that were created by Pcloud, but I am not receiving verification emails. I tried doing everything your support suggested but I am still not getting the verification mails. It makes me even more angry that you are now trying to tell ME I made a mistake. I am signing in correctly and yes, I checked my spam.

I have been using pCloud for more than 2 years now and I find it to be a solid and reliable provder. It meets all my cloud storage needs and I have been slowly consolidating my other cloud storage data into pCloud.
Recently, I needed support to move over my account due to some email issues and the support was fantastic - prompt and with detailed instructions and very quick to move things forward at each step.
I would highly recommend pCloud.

Support is too slow and on top of it they make it difficult, but asking for robotic - bot type questions - have you turned off and restarted compter etc - i was asked such stupid questions when buying their service. One can imagine how service would be like after you have brought their subscription.
UPDATE: SUPRISE SUPRISE - PCLOUD REPLIES WITHIN 5 HRS ON TRUSTPILOT - BUT SUPPORT QUERIES ARE NOT RESPONDED FOR CONTINUOUS 5 DAYS ... YOU HAVE GOT WRONG PRIORITIES PCLOUD - I WILL REPLY PRIVATELY SEND ME A NONE SUPPORT MAIL ID

I paid for pCloud’s 365-day Extended File History, but my files are missing & support is ignoring me. I tried every recovery method, but Rewind isn’t working–my folders are empty. Their support did nothing else but sent an automatic instruction (repeatedly!) on how to use Rewind (even though I shared screenshots showing that I know how to use it and my folders were empty).

Hi,
I recently started two lifetime plans with your company but am dissatisfied with the drive/service. As your policy includes a 14-day money-back guarantee, I would like to request a full refund.
Please check your emails and respond.
Thanks

Stellar backup service. The technical evaluation of their backup service blew away the competition with their superior client software and backup speed. I happily upgraded to their 10TB service on another account. The refund of the 2TB service on the original account, using their 14 Day Money Back Guarantee, was promptly processed.

They claim to use a very secure method to ensure the storage of your files, but they can see any file you store in the cloud (even if there is encryption function, it requires additional payment). It can be said that there is no privacy for any user. Based on some measures, it may be photo DNA or other methods. As long as they detect a situation that they believe violates the regulations, your account will be blocked. There will be no warning or notification before that, and the judgment criteria are also determined by them. ,
If the service provider can access your files, how can it be safe? So do you really want to use an account that may disappear at any time?

I had no problems when using the free membership, but my account was terminated not long after I upgraded to a paid membership. They claimed that my files contained illegal content, but I think my account may have been stolen. If my account is terminated, will all the files in it be deleted? And will I be prosecuted by the law?

You may lose your files anytime. and without any warnings before suspending your account.
I lost my family pictures and till now i don't know the reason. No way to reinstall my account.

We've had a family account for several years now.
Overall, some aspects of pCloud are fine, other are not.
Using synching, we've had files appearing to be corrupted, creating literally hundreds of corrupted and non-delete-able copies of the files. I'd like to point out that no files were lost! But a lot of mess was created in the process. I've contacted support on this topic more than once, responses where prompt and friendly, but rather superficial at times and overall not very helpful.
Support respond time is normally fast, and answers are work well on standard issues. If problems require more analysis, the quality of the response drops quite rapidly and helpfulness of the answers shows great variation. Attempts in trying to get a more specific answer at times resulted in getting answers very similar to the ones sent in the first place.
On the user interface. It is is easy to set up simple backup or sync tasks. It is not possible to suspend or pause individual tasks (sync or backup). You either keep them running, or remove them. A backup cannot be connected to a previous backup, but has to upload everything again. Setting up a synch task can be rather non-intuitive. I've raised this with customer support, albeit some time ago, but there was no appetite to improve this aspect of the user interface.
It would be a fantastic feature to have incremental backup options - especially as this could help mitigate dangers arising from ransomware attacks. These do not exist at this point. The rewind feature that is on offer is relatively clunky and not very intuitive.
Finally, the integration into windows 10 was much better than the one into windows 11. The right-click context menu worked well on windows 10, on windows 11 it is absent - or I have not been able to find it. I've updated to the latest version a few days ago, so that is not the issue.
I am not sure if I would chose pCloud again. The pros and cons very much level out. Initially I was very enthusiastic, but this has cooled off considerably.

Does what you want (eventually) but the UI on the web page is far from intuitive when it comes to file management. There is a dirty great 'Add' button to upload files but none for other common file management functions such as Download and Delete. Instead you have a non-intuitive Mark function followed by a right click. I had to ask CoPilot to get this working.

Faced a problem related to the size of pcloud drive compared to space occupied on the server, I got very quick help to solve this problem

I have recently been testing pCloud and found it to be working really well. The reason i am writing this review though is that i found the customer service (by Violeta) really good. It might take a day or two, but the answers are really good, knowledgeable, on point, specifically responding to the queries i raised, making good suggestions, and giving links to relevant further information.
Cannot login in to my account, codes are not being sent to my phone.
Pcloud requested my info in previous review but no help.
I guess it looks good when help is offered on Trustpilot, is it just ploy to make you think they are making an effort to help.
The truth is nothing actual happens.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with pCloud. As a war refugee, I lost access to my computer and pCloud account since early 2023. Upon returning, I discovered that all my files had been deleted due to my storage subscription expiring in June 2024. This included critical work files worth thousands of dollars.
pCloud claims to have notified users before deleting files when the storage quota is exceeded, but I was unable to access my account due to circumstances beyond my control. Despite my pleas and willingness to re-subscribe to a plan, I was told that my files are “permanently deleted” and cannot be recovered.
As a cloud storage company, I expected pCloud to prioritize the safety and recoverability of user data, especially given the sensitive nature of their service. Their inability (or unwillingness) to attempt recovery from backups or escalate the matter to a higher technical team is unacceptable.
Additionally, pCloud’s support, while polite, was unhelpful and failed to offer meaningful solutions. I was offered a refund for my last purchase, but this doesn’t come close to compensating for the loss of my irreplaceable data. The entire situation has been frustrating and devastating.
pCloud needs to seriously reconsider its policies regarding data deletion and storage subscription expirations. Data storage companies must treat user data with the utmost care and protection—deleting files without robust recovery options is a major failure on their part.
I cannot recommend pCloud to anyone who values the safety and security of their data.

I've been using pCloud for several years now, as my main cloud storage solution. About a year ago, I purchased pCloud Pass(word manager), which works like a charm. And over the Christmas period, I added 2 more TB lifetime.
Over the past years, there have been a few occasions when I couldn't access my files, but those were few and far between (often shortly after an ambitious upgrade on PCloud's side) and often only a few hours.
I love PCloud's ease of use and functionality. It's much more coherent and stable than other cloud solutions providers offer.
