I engaged PCL to optimise my website. Without requesting they went ahead and changed headings and descriptions on my online store. The English language that they used was grammatically incorrect and made no sense to the reader and some facts about my brand weren't even incorrect. My sales went down, which is not surprising as anyone who visited the site during the time the descriptions that PCL wrote were live would have though the site was a joke.
They are refusing to refund the money I have paid. I now see why they charge up front.
They employ a team that speaks fluent English to get the sales and then hand the work over to those that don't speak fluent English.
They are very active when chasing for upfront payment but then the communication drops off as soon as they have your money.
