I finally had to upgrade from Windows 7…
I finally had to upgrade from Windows 7 because a lot of my apps were no longer working so I went online to find an affordable way that lead me to PC Masters I contacted them via their helpline and ask them if what I had done downloading the free Windows 10 from the internet if they had a product that would supply me with a product key their technicians were very helpful very straightforward I made a decision to get the Windows 10 pro it was sent to me immediately I contacted them again to ask how to get everything set up they walked me through it step by step I had problems with the product key again they walked me through it step by step everything worked great seamlessly all two of the text that I talked to did a fantastic and excellent job I would highly recommend this group of people

Had a problem with Microsoft accepting the activation code. I contacted PC Masters by email and they responded quickly with an alternate method (by phone) for activating the software.

Sent an invalid key for Windows
Sent an invalid key for Windows - already used key - told to phone into Microsoft to clear up - not my job - I thought I bought a valid key. Did not refund or send good key. Crap shoot. Buyer beware.

Angel explained to me what I did wrong and why my activation key wasn't working. She gave me a working key for my windows type and I was able to successfully activate windows on my pc. She was wonderful. Would recommend.

I purchased a perpetual license for Office 19, and the product key initially failed to be recognized by Microsoft. The PCMasters support team walked me through the steps required to correct the situation (apparently on MicroSoft's end). Everything is working now.
