My issue has not been resolved

My issue has not been resolved.
I have not received my package as it has been delivered to the wrong address. Still waiting on reply after i sent an email. This should be collected and re-delivered to the correct address or send me a new package as I have not received what i have purchased.

Terrible communication - wasted my time

Ordered a product which was reportedly in stock. No despatch updates were received over the coming days. I had to email to inquire as to the status of my order. It was only after sending the email that I received a generic email telling me my order had been refunded. No explanation or context. I emailed again to ask for an explanation but never received a response. I am yet to receive my refund. Terrible customer experience all round.

I’ve reviewed your order and can confirm it was placed on a Saturday for an item that, unfortunately, has been out of stock for over three months. Based on our records, it would not have shown as in stock at the time, so I’m unsure how that impression was given; and I apologize for any confusion that caused.

Our team responded to your inquiry early Monday morning, advising that the item was on backorder with an estimated two-week lead time. A refund was then processed following that update.

I understand how frustrating it must be not to receive confirmation of that refund; I’ve flagged this with our team to ensure it’s resolved as a priority.

We take your feedback seriously and are reviewing our systems and communication process to prevent situations like this in the future.

Does not "ship next business day" False advertising

I have not received it yet, nor do I think it has even shipped. False advertising as your website says it "ships next business day"
