The worst working environment I have…
The worst working environment I have ever experienced in any company. Toxic people create a toxic work culture here. I would especially like to mention the manager, Mr. Rubin, who often behaves as if he is the godfather of the company. His attitude reflects negativity and creates an uncomfortable atmosphere. He don't aske people if they can extend the shift, He force employee to make it 12 or 13 hours shift.
He frequently uses inappropriate and unprofessional language openly on the floor. Employees commonly use abusive words C***** and BC, and there is no sense of professionalism or respect while communicating with agents. There is a complete lack of basic workplace etiquette.
I already had very negative reviews before joining this company. Unfortunately, the reality turned out to be extremely true. I would strongly advise others to consider better options, as there are companies with supportive people, healthy work culture, and a positive environment where employees are treated with respect.
I would not recommend PCM Travel to anyone. Based on my experience, their practices with customers are also concerning, as they handle situations very unprofessionally and, at times, use threats regarding refunds.
Overall, it was one of the worst decisions I made to join this organization.
0 stars!! SPAM DO NOT TRUST!!!

I called the Volaris US number to add…
I called the Volaris US number to add my trusted traveler id on an upcoming booking. Somehow I was routed to PCM travel. I have no idea how they intercepted my call.
They said my booking was never confirmed and was standby. I needed to pay for the flight which I did with my credit card. They billed my visa card account 269usd but so far nothing more.
I tried calling the telephone number they gave me in case of questions. The number did not exist.
Volaris Airlines was finally reached. They said my flight was confirmed and booked weeks ago and they had never heard of PCM travel.
I got scammed!
Now it is necessary to cancel my card and get another one.
How can they continue to do this?

FRAUD - Scammers
FRAUD - This is a total scam company. They own phone numbers that are one off from legitimate businesses. I thought I called Sandals Resorts (found out later the number I dialed was one number off) to move my reservation. They answered as "reservations". I explained that I needed to move my reservation for a Grenada stay that is 6 months out. They told me that it would be $1400 and it needed to be paid immediately to move the reservation. We go to Sandals every year and pre-book our next stay while on peroperty. I never heard of this. The operator explained it was a new policy. I told him fine, then just cancel it and keep my $250 deposit. He then told me that it would be an additional $502 to cancel. Now I got mad and told him we would pay it but never stay at a Sandals property again. He sent me a link to pay, and I did. The Charge showed up on my credit card under "THE TRAVEL MAKERS". I got suspicious. I then went and pulled my original paperwork for the booking and it clearly said that we could move it at no cost or cancel it at no cost within 45 days of the arrival date. This is when I called Sandals back (the REAL Sandals). I explained what happened and was told that this is not their policy. Nobody had accessed my reservation, it was still the same, and had not been cancelled. These people falsy impersonated a resort company and fraudulently extorted money from me with false threats and misleading information. The invoice they emailed me had Sandals information all over it. Pictures of the resort we originally booked. these people are organized criminals intent on falsy extorting money from people. I DO NOT understand, with all of the scam warning reviews, how these people still have standing with merchants like American Express!?! The Travel Makers/PCM Travels are Total criminal scammers!!!

Do not use this company is a fraud
Dear Sir/Madam, this is Alejandra. I am writing to request a refund for a service I purchased from your company. I have been attempting to resolve this matter for the past month. Upon attempting to utilize the service, I was informed by airport staff that your company is fraudulent, and I was advised to cancel my credit card and repurchase the service. I have made numerous attempts to contact your organisation, and I finally received a response after initiating a chargeback with my bank. However, I have yet to receive my refund.

They are a Scam Company and take advantage of the elderly...
We booked a last minute cruise with Carnival Cruise lines for the last room available on the ship "Vista" sailing on February 1, 2026. I paid in full for the trip prior to the sail date. My significant other called his daughter and had her express mail his birth certificate, due to his passport not being renewed. She sent it to us with a guarantee from the postal service that it would be here on Friday, January 30th at 9pm. Then the storms hit and we did not received the birth certificate until Monday February 2, 2026 - TOO LATE FOR THE PAID FOR CRUISE! We went to Port Canaveral but could not board the ship because of the LACK OF MAIL DELIVERY! NEEDLESS TO SAY WE ARE OUT $2028. PCM Travels charged us $500 to try to get our money back and Have not heard from them since. They took our $500 and have not heard from them again... We a cancellation Letter for our Booking QV65T6 stating we will not be getting any of our money back!!!
I think PCM Travels is a terrible company and should be SUED for Scamming Elderly Citizens of the United States and taking advantage of the Trusting Elderly Citizens of the United States.
Good service with Primus
I was scammed!
I just wrote for 45 minutes about what happened yesterday with this Lying AND thieving company that stole $600.00 from me and you guys just lost it for me!!! Now I have to write it AGAIN!!!!!! Omg Im so flustered!!!
I called PCM Travel expressing the need for round trip tickets with the return trip including my dogs, 2 Boston terriers. The guy made reservations with delta. During the whole time I kept mentioning my dogs but he kept telling me it would be on itinerary. For a hour or maybe a hour and half I was on the phone with PCM Travel. After what I thought and understood, I had reservations with Delta for my dogs and I on Delta. I was supposed to pay another $250 after I already paid $1650.00 to PCM Travel. He said my itinerary would be emailed that I had 24 hrs to cancel for full refund and I would receive the email in the next 24 hrs. I wasn't feeling good about this after hanging up and for the next hour it was bothering me. So I called Delta and asked about my reservation. I did have a reservation but it was just for me. There was nothing in/on it for my dogs...and I immediately canceled the flight right then and there with Delta. I immediately called my bank and tried to put a stop payment on the $1600. In which PCM TRAVEL ran 2 different payments. One to Delta for $750 and some change plus a payment to PCM Travel for $609.00 and change. I called PCM Travel and asked about my dogs and that I cancelled everything
(Before hanging up with PCM Travel again I asked about my dogs mentioning I had 2 Boston terriers and was told their on the itinerary. (Mr C.)was getting short with me about my dogs. I had brought them up a few times)
I got side tracked as to where I was in telling you what had happened, anyhow the last phone call I made to him he hung up on me.
Please Im not sure now if I'll be able to get my dogs here I only have so much to work with. These people need to be stopped. I was not told how payments were going to be split to go to him and Delta just that my flight was in the email and I would receive it within 24 hrs. Nor was I told what the charges were going to be for their services or a break down. The last chance I had he hung up on me as I said. This company and Mr C. are scammers and need to be shut down. This is devastating. I was stressed before just about flying my babies down here now I'm worried this won't happen. $600 is a lot of money for me that I'd been planning to use to get my dogs back with me. And now Im not sure if I will be able to.

Like Green Dog's review on 12-8 2025
Like Green Dog's Dec. 8, 2025 review, I got scammed by these people. When I went to check in for my flight, I was told I would have to pay another $725. That my Skylux booking was not valid for the flight. I thought I was dealing with a rep from Swiss Air. I had never heard of PCM travel. I had no choice but to cough up the $725, as I was catching a cruise ship in Barcelona. Upon my return, I got the CC charge saying PCM travel. I talked with my CC company, and Visa is now investigating this company for fraud. They had me sign something that I would not dispute the charge, which Visa told me in itself is illegal. Not sure how they did it, but they got me big time. Hopefully the fraud dept. can sort it out.
