I received a PCN at the James Paget Hospital on Wednesday, the 10th of September. I have made three attempts to pay on line and on each occasion a screen has come up to say that it did not recognise the parking ticket number, or Registration Number. Rubbish software, now I have to spend unnecessary time trying to contact them to make a payment. You can’t send cash and I don’t have cheque-book anymore. I have an online banking account. It’s a sham.

Having parked at the James Paget Hospital without getting a parking ticket for 25 plus years…or being aware that I would get one for parking on the end curb if there are no places to park I had my first ticket last week. The guy watched me park there I believe.. and then gave me a ticket I noticed it was only one other car had a ticket also a black range Rover ..lots of other cars didn’t get a ticket bit of a jobsworth for their first day of Their parking charges. Did not say the car park was full up upon entering…. I believe not any or many signs up ..”chaos when you got in there nowhere to park cars bumper-to-bumper not able to move forward or back. I do not have parked on the end of the curb. I would’ve been late for my appointment.
Not impressed, obviously money making.

I just spoke with a lovely you woman called Sam who actively listened to my problem about a parking payment and did a full search and resolved the issue for me. I would have no hesitation in recommending this service to anyone, particularly Sam who was professional and first class at her job. Thank you Sam.
