Renewal is costly!
I haven't had any attacks come through. My main concern was the renewing without notice at $119. I guess I'm stuck with that rate until next year when I discontinue the product.

Recently my Dell laptop computer hard drive failed
Recently my Dell laptop computer informed me that my hard drive malfunctioned - Dell was kind enough to replace the hard drive but would not cover the restart. In the process of restart for the new hard drive PC Protect .exe was malfunctioning and would not delete so that i could re-install the software. i spoke with your tech people and got it resolved. I am back in business!!
I love the PC Protect app and look forward to many more years of satisfaction!
