Absolutely fantastic service. Has fixed problems with both a PS4 and Xbox One. Explains the problem/repair. Very reasonably priced, very approachable and does a fantastic professional job. Wouldn’t think of going anywhere else and it’s over an hour round trip for me!

Followed the instructions to send controller for repair. Received text to confirm fault, identified an additional fault. Both repaired, returned promptly, one happy 12 year old. Good service and real confidence with PayPal payment. I would certainly use them again.

I took my Asus Strix GTX1070 GPU to Dean in Sept 2019 after it failed and would not output a signal to the monitor. ( Out of warranty ) I honestly thought that it was now a dead GPU and that I was going to have to purchase another at great expense. Not only was Dean able to re-ball the GPUs BGA and bring it back to its former glory. He kept me fully updated and only took him 2 days to repair for an amazing price. He even provided a 6 month warranty on the repair !! I cannot thank Dean highly enough and I will definitely use his services in the future. I would fully recommend Dean for any PC or console Repairs if you want a high quality service and true value for money.

Diagnosed the issue very quickly and had my Xbox One X back with me in a few days. I saved a lot of money by not swapping it with a refurb from Microsoft as well. Highly recommended !

My Xbox One X wouldn't get past an error screen after slowly but surely getting more regular errors on boot. Couriered to DEANS and back within 6 working days. Harddrive replaced and now running as good as new. Great service and price and would use again in future.

I had a confusing PS4 Slim problem that started with my controller intermittently not connecting wirelessly, then progressed to only intermittently connecting via USB cable and finally to intermittently refusing to power on. Dean correctly diagnosed this from my symptoms so I shipped the unit to him on a Friday and received it back, fully working, on the following Wednesday. Excellent communication along the way, I can confidently recommend his services and would definitely use again.

1yr old Xbox 1X. Black screen of death, corrupted HD ! Do I send it off to Microsoft for a month, pay a fortune and maybe have the same thing happen again..? Nope. Took it to Dean, waited 4hrs and got a new internal hD fitted and reformatted for a very reasonable price. Great guy with the skills to make your day. Thanks Dean, will recommend to anyone having issues. Superb service.

I have to say Dean is with out a doubt one of the nicest guys I've dealt with, My HDMI port on PS4 was badly damaged from botch repair. dean managed to fix it, which was a Hugh surprise as it was pretty bad.

if you need your console fixed, don't send to anyone but dean seriously
