With an ailing, elderly PC a rescue was required. Hefin's company came highly recommended from two friends. Following a quick response to our call, advice was given. A new PC sourced and subsequently set up. All in a matter of days. A great service professionally provided. Excellent in all respects. Look no further!

Professional in every sense: After providing an explanation of the process, Hefin immediately got to work setting up and testing a wi-fi and NAS system for our home office, while simultaneously educating a couple of IT-ignorant customers how it works. He provided advice regarding planned future equipment acquisitions and offered to help sort out any hiccups we might encounter while learning how to use the system he installed. He even took time to rectify a problem with a wireless printer that an engineer from a different firm had not set up properly. We will make PC ResQ our first port of call as we develop our office network.

What more does one need?

I used PC Rescue, who were recommended by a friend, for what turned out to be quite a major problem. Hefyn's response was very quick and required him return to my flat after his first visit. In addition to replacing my hard drive he gave me some good practical advice and I would certainly use him again.
He does not come cheap but I feel his charge was justified and value for money in terms of personal attention and in that he almost certainly spared me the expense of a complete replacement computer.

Received a quick call back after making contact about the issue. This concerned MS Outlook no longer functioning. The telephone advice provided was clear and practical and followed up with an email setting out the steps required to alleviate the issue which solved the problem. I am retired and have not kept up to date with technology. Hefin made appropriate changes for me to make life using a computer a bit easier. It was good that he is a respectable family man who was polite and patient. (not always a given in my experience).

After a horrible and costly experience with a shop that sold me two broken laptops, I was very wary of contacting someone else.
But I had to get things fixed so I contacted Hefin. He was amazing in his knowledge of how to mend my broken pc, was very professional yet with a lovely personality which made me feel comfortable.

When my HP laptop inexplicably 'failed' I was confident in Hefin Harries' expertise and experience to take the time and trouble to establish that it was beyond repair.
Hefin then sourced a new replacement HP laptop and not only set me up 'as before' - he added new links and programs I wasn't aware of, including to my tablet and smartphone. Such pro-active service support is aways to be appreciated to a basic lay user.
I would use Hefin Harries' services again myself, he is a consummate professional; and without reservation I would recommend PC ResQ to others.

We do not use IT Computer support frequently but when the occasion arises our problems are solved quickly and efficiently and helpful explanations are given about necessary adjustments and why they were made.

So pleased with PCRESQ as my simple problem was fixed on line at a reasonable cost. Many of the outlets we approached seem to want the computer to be taken to their premises.

I saw the ad in the Elmbridge Magazine and, as my laptop was not talking to my printer, I hoped PC ResQ could assist. It did. After leaving a phone message, Hefin Harries called me very shortly and solved the problem by remote assist.
