Quick response to request for support, even on a weekend! Solved my problem. Would buy from them again

I was having difficulty activating Office Professional Plus so emailed the PC Sales support team & received a response in less than 5 minutes with activation instructions AND the offer to do the activation for me. I accepted the offer to do it for me, emailed the required info, and was operational in about 40 minutes.
I was very pleased & highly recommend PC Sales.

Had an issue with licensing of Microsoft Office. They sent me information right away that solved the problem.

***Companies have fake reviews***SCAM remember if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. I tried to use the key emailed to me and microsoft said it had been used before. messaged the support and was to to call the number that said call for support. Messaged Microsoft and was told THEY DO NOT HAVE "A CALL TO REGISTER OPTION", it is a scam. I emailed to get a refund and was told they key was good I had to call to activate it and NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN

It can be tricky getting Microsoft to take an older OEM license for a new home build. Fortunately these folks are experts and their customer service team helped me through it within minutes of me sending them an email. My new box is up and running with Windows 11 Pro and I saved a ton on the Windows license thanks to PC Sales Online.

This is the second day in a row to install office on several machines....Dan had to deal with one main unit of MsServer and 8 monitors and did a wonderful job..I do not buy use any one else for my MS Office requirements... Dan is World Class,,

I bought a software and it would not except the serial number. Called support and the lady was right on it. She helped me all the way through till I got my machine to accept the code they gave me. She was very patient and spoke good English and was easy to understand and follow her directions. Will deffinately buy from them again. Hugs

This is my second "major" visit - because I bought a new computer. Despite being rather tired and trying to use a licence number for a lastest version on a misinstalled earlier version, these guys just rolled along. Nothing was too hard. You can't get better 24 hour a day service and assistance than that! Thank you to all of you.
