I highly recommend PCS Legal solicitors. I have dealt with many solicitors through the years, but I have honestly never worked with such a good ones. They would reply the same day to any queries and dealt with the transaction of my house sale very promptly.

I went through Lifetime Legal for the sale of my property and was placed with PCS as my Solicitors.

PCS’ fee was more than reasonable and my sale was handled by Liam Ridyard.

Liam has quite simply been excellent.

Over the course of the first sale falling through and the second being successful, Liam has been attentive, helpful, stress free and generally made the whole process simple to understand and really easy.

He has always been available to speak to (even outside of office hours) and always responded to matters quickly, whether it be to me or to the Buyers Solicitors, keeping me informed the whole way.

Despite it being a long and difficult process, Liam has been keen and has not once given me the impression he was unwilling to get the job done.

Overall, Liam has been perfect and I will 100% be using Liam and PCS again.

I dealt with Tom throughout my purchase and I can honestly say he has been brilliant. For me communication is crucial and Tom has been nothing but exemplary. From the moment instruction was sent to completion Tom has been amazing, I can’t thank you enough. You have made this whole process as stress free as possible and would highly recommend to anyone looking at purchasing their property. Tom, thank you again, it’s been an absolute pleasure working with you.

As a first time buyer, I can honestly say PCS Legal were amazing throughout my purchase.

I had a LOT of questions (and probably sent far too many emails 😂) but the team were always patient, helpful and kept me updated every step of the way. Buying a first home can be stressful and there were definitely moments where I was panicking behind the scenes but Maria, Ros and the Alpha Team were always there to answer my questions and explain things clearly.

Communication was excellent throughout and I always felt informed about what was happening with my purchase. No question ever felt like too much trouble and the team were incredibly supportive from start to finish.

I would never use this company again. My experience was incredibly stressful and disappointing from start to finish. Communication was extremely poor and emails repeatedly went unanswered and I constantly had to chase for updates.
I did not feel supported or properly advised during the process and was often left feeling uncertain about what was happening with my purchase. The lack of communication caused me a huge amount of unnecessary stress and anxiety and affected my sleep at times.
I also found interactions to be unhelpful and lacking the professionalism and reassurance you would expect during such an important transaction.
Even now, after completion, I have had to chase multiple times for documents that should have been dealt with promptly.
Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this company and would suggest others consider alternatives.

Excellent service from PCS who handled our recent simultaneous sale and purchase. Whilst it took a while for me get my head around the online and “Team Omega” email approach, once I had, it was perfect for me and most importantly, every time I wanted to speak to someone on the phone, I got through immediately and they always answered my questions in a way I could understand. They looked after our interest the whole way through, keeping us up to date and ensuring I knew what I had to do. Special call-outs go to Carley, Summer, and Holly who always helped me, showing patience in answering my plethora of stupid questions, were friendly and calmed me down when I was getting stressed out. The service provided by pcs legal on handling my sale and purchase was excellent throughout I’m a bit old school and like to do things over the phone when possible and the staff at pcs were friendly professional and understanding would recommend

PCS legal handled our sale and property purchase and i have to say they were exceptional in every aspect of this.
At first living in Plymouth i was a tad sceptical about using a company such a distance away however those worries were very quickly eliminated.
Communication was superb precise and i felt very safe in their hands.

On completion day through other solicitors in the chain our completion was very late in the day , Rochelle called me saying she would
work until whenever to get us over the line and she did just that.

First time buyers in the UK. PCS legal were assigned to us as we were unsure of a solicitor to use. I found Adam to be friendly, efficient and responsive to my requests. At times it was hard to get hold of him but he always returned my call or query promptly. Only downside was the portal is not kept up to date and once your paperwork is uploaded, it is pretty much rendered useless.

I found them to be very efficient , professional and approachable . They responded so timely to my emails and took time to explain what I needed to know .
Would recommend .

This is not a negative just a stressful experience as you can imagine with buying a house, I thought first time buyers were quick and easy, think we were naive going into this process, PSC legal were not the right fit for us but had already started the process and it was too much hassle to pull out, Veronica on Lauren Sweeneys team stressed us out more, gave us the wrong information multiple times, In the end we refused to talk to her, please review your staffing and level of competencies! It is like waiting for a life time to get any kind of response and multiple chases! We appointed them to act on our interest but we felt they did not have our backs and were not acting in our best interest! Communication was shocking, we paid a lot of money for this service and they failed at customer service and skill sets

Poor experience, glad it’s over

The staff at PCS Legal are excellent. They were always 'on the ball' and speedy in returning calls and emails. I would be happy to use them again. It's good that I could deal with one particular person throughout so they were up to date with any query I had. Thank you to Raja!
