I received what I ordered. Everything was packaged with care. Delivery was on time.

Having had two previous PCs from PC Specialist it was an easy choice as to where to go for an additional PC purchase.
PC specialist has maintained its high standard. The website is easy to use especially in configuring a new PC. They were excellent in the build phase as they kept me informed regularly as to progress. New PC was excellent as was the technical help desk who I phoned a few time to help me in overcoming some minor niggles in the commissioning process. I was particularly pleased that dealing with PCSpecialist was even more efficient and professional. I would have ranked them excellent in 2020 and 2016; this has not changed in 2026. Highly rated in my observation.

The web site was easy to use. The pc arrived earlier than promised. I ordered the unit with no OS as I would be installing Linux but it was fully tested before shipping with basic Windows. I guess all this is the minimum to expect, but compared to my experience with other vendors this is a comparative 5*.

I was looking on different websites for a pc, all of them had a similar price for something that I knew would be under powered in terms of parts.
A colleague at work recommended PCSpecialist so I gave it a look, but truth be told I was expecting mad prices.

I built my pc on their website, got the monitor, keyboard and mouse set up too with a headset, £1500…considering that the other websites with pre built computers were either the same or more, this was a little slice of heaven and it arrived at my home 3 days later!

The service is exceptional.

Despite ordering over the Easter bank holiday weekend, my order was with me well within the expected time slot. AND that included the poor builder (sorry K. Chuen!) having to change out the two NVME SSDs after the system was already built.

The system is well-built, and the cable management is *chefs kiss*. Couldn't fault them even if I tried.

They built me an absolute monster of a pc. They were happy to change specs half way through the build. Highly recommended.

TOP product and service, the ease of use tailoring your own machine is unreal and great customer service with all the questions a newby can ask are answered quickly!

Second time buying a PC from them and again it was brilliant service and build quality. Everything from customisation options and support for questions was great. I had a few queries after I got the PC and they came back straight away with a detailed response answering my questions.
I'll be buying my next PC from them too!
