Entire process was great from start to finish. PCSpecialist give a clear description of the product configuration during the purchasing process and kept me through to delivery. The PC itself is fantastic in terms of its performance and the form factor is sleek for a gaming PC. Really happy I opted for PCSpecialist over the mainstream brands [Alienware, Asus ROG, Lenovo Legion etc].

This is my third purchase with PC Specalist. Two laptops and now a desktop. Their products are reliable and everything during the entire process with them in smooth and professional.

We have some issues in the area with our DPD, nothing at all to do with pc specialist, and yet pc specialist where on the phone everyday to DPD sorting it out. They did more for us than any other company has when it comes to courier issues.

For the most part - Fantastic. Great service, great machine except one minor problem - the "onboard" wifi I was expecting was a USB dongle which, to be honest, was not up to standard. I probably did not read the description correctly - so I got a high quality one off a certain online store and easily installed that instead.

Computer was made quickly and expertly. It arrived fast and works like a dream. The mouse I ordered along with it came smashed out the box which they did replace but I got conflicting emails about how to replace it which made that part more stressful and confusing than it needed to be.

Fast efficient next day service (saturday). Computer is exactly what I hoped for. Couldn't recommend more.

Honestly the Company was lovely, it was easy to speak with support in terms of changing parts after my order and recently helped with a ram issue i was having and i really love that they helped and was able to ease my mind so i didn't worry

I had been thinking about buying a new gaming laptop for a while as my old laptop was struggling with newer titles. I was having to use medium to low settings on some games and ray tracing caused a slide show. This laptop came with a decent processor, 32GB of RAM and a 5070 Ti GPU with 12GB of VRAM. The specs give it some future-proofing and with the price of components on the rise I decided to take the plunge. It was delivered very speedily. As soon as it arrived I installed some demanding games like Cyberpunk 2077 and Resident Evil Requiem. On high/ultra settings with ray tracing they ran like a dream. Path tracing is also viable with DLSS and Frame Gen. If you like your games to look beautiful and have decent frame rates then I recommend this laptop.

Got a perfectly functioning custom pc within a week of ordering, no problems and everything went perfectly to plan.

Excellent customer service. I called them to discuss what I needed and they spent 40mins on the phone talking me through the best option for me. V patient and pleasant staff.

I ordered a custom gaming pc in feb 2025. It ran very well for several months but the aio developed bubbles that i couldnt get rid of and it made a horrible buzzing sound. I finally decided to get an RMA in end of nov under warranty. All i can say is the customer support was superb. I made a call, clearly described the issue and how i troubleshooted. I knew what i was talking about so the tech seemed to take my input seriously. They then set up an RMA collection to replace the part. Unfortunately dpd failed me and didnt collect so we had to set up a second collection. Obviously this was not their fault. The pc came back to me in just over a week iirc. And this was right before xmas and they recently had a big storm wipe out their hq power for 2 days. So that was fantastically fast. During the process i got email updates when it was received and when they started working on it and was informed what part was exchanged for. Great customer service and after care, would use again and recommened.

Website was very good in telling me if certain parts were not needed with my build. Company were excellent in communications and keeping me up to date on my order, even giving me a preview of my machine. Arrived within a few days and was easy to set up. Have been enjoying my gaming since.

The guys at PC Specialists kept me updated on my new pc with pictures and videos of the build progress which I thought was brilliant. Overall very pleased with the guys at PC Specialists and would highly recommend.

Very user friendly website to pick out the parts that you want. PC was ordered and arrived within a week! Build quality is great, well packaged and protected, and PC runs like a dream.

I am a French professional working in AI, and I am appalled by the service from PC Specialist. Despite a €6,000 workstation financed via Cetelem, their support team has been incompetent and disrespectful.

After multiple administrative errors on their part, they even tried to force a downgrade (offering an RTX 5070 Ti instead of the agreed performance) while keeping the same high price. When I requested to speak with a supervisor in France to resolve this professionally, I was met with total dismissal and told nothing more than 'Goodbye, sir' before they hung up.

This is a breach of trust for a high-value contract. I am giving the UK management 24 hours to resolve this and upgrade my build to the RTX 5080 and 4K monitors as requested before I formally cancel the Cetelem financing and take legal action.

Avoid this company if you are a professional or a high-end customer. They do not respect their commitments.

Case was delivered slightly damaged, but everything else was perfect. Delivery was very quick, with frequent updates on the progress of the order. Overall, I had a very positive experience with the company and would recommend.
