Highly recommend PC Specialist. Had a few queries initially via email and response time was excellent. Custom build component selection was easy. Being able to pay in monthly installments with Humm was very useful to help break the cost up into manageable chunks. Was able to see the progress of the build as it happened......whole process only took a couple of days before it was shipped. Arrived very quickly and was excellently packed and packaged to protect from potential damage in transit. Easy to setup when I powered it up and not full of bloatware like other newly purchased PCs.

I am currently writing this review with the laptop. I went for the gaming laptop, I stuck with the normal spec and just added thermal paste. For the price I paid I could not ask for anything more. I purchased the Elimina Series 17, the laptop starts up well responds well, and plays my games well. I am a long term World of Warcraft player, and for this it really suits my needs. The only issue I could complain about if I really wanted something to complain about would be the sound is a little lower than I would like.

The delivery was within 3 days of purchase, you could see on their website every stage that the laptop passed through. I would definitely use this company again.

The PC I ordered is great, reasonably priced and I had no issues setting up. The only issue I had was an unplugged case fan, so I’d say pretty flawless. Thanks guys.

Good product and service

Great company for someone like me getting into pcs, so easy to configurate, tells you if parts aren't compatible etc. Build process was cool getting frequent updates and a fun 3D model of your pc once it's been built. Prompt delivery and the pc runs fantastic. For me to build myself would only have been like 200/300 quid less. Well worth the money getting it built and having peace of mind let alone a 3 year warranty when your not 100% up to speed with building yourself. Highly recommend.
