The service was great but delivery got a bit delayed.
Happy with the PC.

The graphics card support wasnt correctly screwed, so it was a bit to the middle. That way it was in contact with the middle graphics card fan. So it was making a lot of noise when the fan started to rotate. I just set the support on the right position and it was fine.

The customization options are great! The Laptop I got is relatively cheaper here than if I went to a physical store in Portugal and got a laptop with the same or even less specs.
The all process was simple and fast since the order was in less than 3 weeks I had my brand new laptop at home.
It serves the purpose of gaming, video editing and my engineering work.
At first, I was a bit sad because it was very slow but then understood it was a settings problem with the battery only and now it runs super smoothly

Good level of communication during the computer building/testing phases. The quality of the products I selected is showing up, same the expertise in building my computer tower.
The only bad thing in all this journey was seeing the delivery man literally rolling the cardoard box containing the computer out of the elevator.

Good, had to put in the lian li v2 cable myself but rest was very good.

I loved the possibility of customize my own desktop instead making the tour of all shops in my home town seaching for something that is very difficult to find, if not impossible, which is, a desktop with all my preferences.
PCSpecialist's site is very well build and offer multiple choices for each component.
The 3 times I contacted PCSpecialist by phone, my questions were answered in a very professional, friendly and not in a hurry, way. Sincerely speaking, I was surprised.
The tracking system that allow the customer to know the building process stage, is also very nice.
The expected building time was correct +/- 1 day, the package was arrived to my home in perfect conditions and very, very well packed.
Finally, the desktop is working nice and smoothly as expected.
I'm a PCSpecialist happy custommer and the next time I need a laptop/desktop I know at which door I'm going to knock.
I will also recommend this option to my friends and relatives.

I'm a client for many years now and for the first time an order didn't go through flawlessly.

First it was stuck in customs (first order since Brexit situation, we all know it was a disaster in all levels but didn't expect it would also affect simple orders like a PC) but after asking for help PC Specialist moved fast supplying all the documentation required to unstuck it from customs.

When the PC finally arrived it was showing BSOD very frequently even after a full format. I'm suspecting something along the lines of faulty memory sticks or faulty Integrated graphics card but we are still on diagnostics phase.

Could have just been a sequence of bad luck with the order or something really went wrong this time. I'm not losing my trust over this one order, but let's hope the next one will be better because if I was a first time costumer that would have been my last.

Great service, always showed carefulness with my build and kept me informed, plus the pc arrived a day earlier which is very important to me.

I don't understand how a computer coming from the UK will take 20+ days to build and ship in 2021.

It looks very neat and worked absolutely fine, but I needed it way earlier. I was hoping the delivery time on the website was a worst-case scenario.

I recommend PC Specialist because of the quality and the brand, they are really good.

The only issue with my experience really was the fact that my pc could not come soon enough...
And even so, 2 weeks wait time was almost nothing at all for the times we are living in.

I configured an IONICO laptop and so far I have had it for almost two weeks now and I could not be happier. The quality of the build is outstanding, the computer really feels deluxe both in hardware and software. I ordered mine without Windows installed and regardless, it still comes with a trial version of it and all I had to do was input the key I wanted, without the slightest hassle to actually install it. It even comes comlpetely benchmarked with the memory boosted!

Absolute unit of a service and company, and extremely in budget as well, all the laptops I had seen with these specs were much more expensive than mine was.

The built quality is above average and in the same category as the higher tier of ROG laptops for example. There is no bloatware and the whole buying/configuring process is very straightforward.

If I had to point out some CONS is the fact that they are charging 11 euros for the use of Arctic MX-4 thermal paste, which is not even one of the higher tier ones (for that value you could buy a lot of MX-4...). I think this should be the default option since I expect PCSpecialist to focus on quality and offer this in good faith.

Also, I received the laptop with a very generic manual, lacking some information/shortcuts for the specific chassis/model I got.

As an end note, I must state that their Customer Support is very active and always ready to help.
