The idea of a custom-made computer is very appealing. You pay for what you need and not for what you don't need. The reality fully matches my expectations: a laptop with enough memory and computing power to easily handle huge documents and databases, and none of the (mostly irritating) bells and whistles usually associated with a gaming computer.

Great delivery, lot of options to choose from, 2x cheaper then simillar spec. mashine from local stores, and access to upgrade options, bit lacking options on putting on the upgrade order to get spare parts like keyboards etc. over all great experience.

The website was quite clear, although I would have appreciated options for interactive side-to-side comparison of different components and builds.

The email updates of different stages were appreciated; it felt like I knew something was happening. I liked that transparency.

Meaning of different stages was unclear. I didn't know the difference between "Sent" and "In transit". Add clarifications?

The number of days it should take to receive the product was misleading. Only after that time has expired and I've reached out with a question, have I started to receive updates about my PC getting built, at which point I expected to already have received it.

The UPS was confusing and problematic: they kept changing the estimated date of arrival until the very day. First it was supposed to arrive on a Friday, so I scheduled my day around that. Then, on Friday afternoon, the delivery date changed to Thursday next week and when I tracked the parcel it was sent from the UK to Netherlands, while I live in Sweden. Then the parcel arrived on Monday while nobody was home and my very expensive PC was just left on my doorstep without anybody signing off on it.

After my PC arrived I saw that a panel on my case was broken, and as soon as I've reported that a new one has been sent to me without any extra charge, which was appreciated.

The PC itself works like a dream and I'm really happy with it!

Fast at building the pc i wanted and made a really good job with it.
They send updates on the process while building the pc and its easy to follow.

The process of configuring the PC was simplified and made easier by the way the PCSpecialist web site guided me through it. Very helpful. All in my native language Swedish.

When the order was placed, the continuous feedback from PCSpecialist of the current status of my order was very good.

Using FedEx for the delivery worked very well.

The only negative observation I can think of is the cardboard box in which the PC was shipped in. It looked a bit soft to me, not so sturdy as to cope with 20+ kg content (in my opinion), and it was a bit open on one side. But there was no problem related to the packaging at all.

Unpacking my PC and getting it up running was a breeze.

All in all, my experience of ordering my new desktop from PCSpecialist was very good and smooth. I had no problems or issues what so ever.

The overall experience with PCSpecialist has been decent, I wouldn't say it's been great but just decent.

Really easy to access all components on the website and smoothly ordered. Could easily exchange components even after the purchase! Got the system as promised in the timeframe I got told. Greatly packed and got the computer in perfect condition! The system works awesome and is really nicely build together! Would purchase again at any time!

The website is almost easy to use. Customer service was very fast and knowledgeable. I could choose from different options and I didn't have to worry about for example if CPU and motherboard match. I would get a warning if there was something wrong with what I chose. Shipping packaging was done very well. All in all PC specialist is a very professional company.
It would be good if I could also see the benchmark of different parts so I could make an informed decision by comparing different series.

The delivery and building took quite a while, but that can be expected around christmas time.

The PC itself runs well, DOCP was enabled before shipping which helps the less knowledgable achieve desired memory clocks.

Cable management was OKAY, but not more. For a 1080TI, an 8-pin daisy chain was used which _works_, but is not optimal. You'd prefer seeing two 8-pins drawn with the cable management, and not a single 8-pin daisy chain.

Overall okay though.

I am actually happy that I found PC-specialist. I had an aging desktop computer that I use for photo and video editing and it was getting really tired. None of the brand PC had the features I needed meaning a built-in DVD-burner, firewire connections and lots of memory.

It was fairly easy to configure the machine I wanted and the final price was very competitive to say the least. The most difficult part of the configuration process was to select the chassi as I could not tell the pros and cons between the different versions. Finally I just picked one of the cheaper chassis and hoped for the best.

Then there was the wait. All communication was timely and meant that I knew exactly what to expect.

The box arrived and the machine appeared to be intact. BUT here is the reason for the missing star: I did have a problem getting the machine started. Even though I connected my monitor to the video card (as advised) there was nothing appearing on the screen. Not using analog cable or HDMI. I called the national (Swedish) support number and got a message that all lines were closed and whoever was there was on vacation (peculiar this early in December). I emailed many many times and still no help. This means that I do not expect any help at all if I have problems which may be a pity.

Eventually after days of testing and moving the screen between old and new computer I got it working and the machine now works fine with all my necessary software on it. It is fast and quiet.

I have found one tiny thing that is mildly annoying though. My keyboard is a bluetooth model (Logitech) and when I coldstart the computer I have to wait a few moments before the computer and keyboard have established a working relation. After that all is good.

Now I will hook up my videocamera and start transferring all my home movies to the huge SSD disk that is onboard. Will be fun!

Read all the good reviews and about how satisfied most people are with this company but unfortunately I can not agree at all.
Ordered a gaming computer without any problems, paid for it and was very happy with customer service.
The computer is not built after a month even though all parts were in stock without them being able to update me when it could be assembled. Order canceled.
Do not recommend them if you need your computer within a month.

I contacted 2 times the live chat service and they solved my problem perfectly and in a very good way! The deliver service was good, the packaging was good, the computer works properly for now (as far as I could test).

Putting together a PC was easy, even for someone like me who has close to 0 knowledge about PC parts. I loved that they inform you if parts don't work well together or if you have the option to go with a cheaper power supply part because your specific build doesn't need as much power. The PC itself is beautiful (especially the cable management!!!), and everytime I contacted customer service to ask a (probably stupid) question, I got a quick and clear reply. Would absolutely recommend!

Helped me with all detailed questions and answers very promptly. Product is excellent I am writing this review from the new PC. Build is very well done and PC has no bloatware or other unwanted programs. Perfect for those who want a TOP of the line product.

Superb! PC build is top-notch quality. Extra components are packaged seperately which is good.
Had to do a last minute change and swap the motherboard to a PCI4.0, They took it back and swapped it out extremely fast.
