For the past year or so Robin from PC Tech has been helping my very elderly father, with his computer issues, at his care home.
He has always shown great kindness, willingness and good advice whilst helping my dad. He not only finds solutions for my dad's technical requirements, but also shows interest and great respect to him as a person.
I would thoroughly recommend using this company to anyone.

This company has serviced my computer on two occasions. They are extremely good and extremely knowledgeable. The service was fast and friendly and they completely understood my needs despite my being rather computer illiterate.

Unable to find reliable and knowledgeable sources for our computer problems we were recommended to PC Tech and couldn’t possibly be happier with the service we’ve received. Absolutely first class communication, friendly and knowledgeable. Perfect solutions to our problems for a reasonable cost. We are delighted and very happy to have found PC Tech

Have used PC Tech for many years. A small,local company where excellent service & knowledge comes as standard. Mark and Robin don't rip you off. Prices are very reasonable & their service is speedy with good communication with customers. I'll continue to recommend them in the future,as I have done in the past. These guys are truly great. Friendly, helpful, very reasonable costs, quick service - truly can't fault them. Very, very happy, once again, with my experience today - took my printer in at 10.30 and it was ready for collection a few hours later (I know not always possible, if it's something a bit more difficult!). Alex sorted my WhatsApp not working on my PC but working on my mobile incredibly quickly this evening. I always use the local PC Tech Centre with PC issues as so reliable.

PC Tech Centre provided the Family Centre (a small charity in New Addington) with an excellent service. Just before Christmas one of our laptops had a virus and our computers were running slow. Within one working day, Robin visited us and sorted out the problem. We are never made to feel foolish no matter how big or small our IT problems are, we are given so much support in person or over the phone.

My touchpad and plug in mouse were both ot working so I couldn't use my lap at all. Panic! I took it in to PC Tech and Mark turned it on and, miraculously, Windows came up as updating (no such thing had happened when I turned it on ). This solved the problem and Mark said he couldn't charge me anything as he had just turned it on. I was so relieved. It was incredibly kind of him as I'm sure anyone else would have charged me. They will definitely be my 'go-to' help if I am in tgrouble again. Thank you

Mark and the team did an excellent job of setting up a new pc, installing new software and then transferring all data files including outlook pst files from my old pc. Third time I've used PC Tech Centre and highly recommend them.

Just had a laptop breakdown. Took to Pc Tech fixed within one hour. Absolutely amazing service. Have used them several times before and never any different would highly recommend them.

Mark and his team have proved reliable, tech experts and enthusiasts over the years and notably through lockdown. Mark was able to restore the keypads on my laptop, rather than charge me an extortionate price range as was the case elswhere, and continues to be our 'go to' PC technician. Mark is personable, professional, knows his stuff and will often 'go the extra mile'. Thank you.

Took my broken laptop in on Saturday! They did a data recovery and installed a new digital hardrive. Picked it back up mid week. The laptop is so much responsive and better than new! Great personal service and very reasonably priced. I would be happy to use them again, but not too soon hopefully 🤣. Thanks

I have been to other shops in the area and I know I have been ripped off so was sceptical when I was told to go and see marc at his shop but had two others told me the same thing and I can see why marc was very busy but still had time to talk and as he was multitasking he looked at my laptop and for the first time I would have to say he talked to me not as an idiot but a real person and explained what he was doing and said he has seen this lots of times and could fix it as I was in shop he then told me it was only £20 and I had to ask him how much again as I could not believe it was only £20 I now have a pc shop I know I can trust and will only go to from now on many thanks marc

Would definitely recommend this place. Went to get my battery replaced and the very pleasant gentleman not only did it very quickly and efficiently but also repaired a key on my keyboard and cleaned out the fan on my laptop. Feels like a brand new laptop. 100% recommend it.

This is rather a long review but an important one.
I am of an age when modern technology is beyond me. I had a problem with the virus which was result of clicking on on email that I thought was from my internet provider (IONOS). The computer got virus and almost came to a halt. Took it down to P.C. TECH in Selsdon who cleaned it up and recommended as new Hard Drive. They did all that at very competitive cost when compared to other technical outlets, including the one in Brantree Road, South Croydon who were critical of their competition like PC Tech. All was sorted out by PC Tech and the speed of the computer was fantastic after the above work was done. However, when I came home the computer would not print!!. I called HP printers who remotely took control of my screen and could not fix the problem and asked me to buy ethernet cable. I rang Virgin media and they could not fix the problem. In despair I rang P.C.Tech; explained the problem and he said both of the above companied (Virgin Media and HP were talking nonsense. Mark said he will come to my house after work and fix the problem. He spent nearly an hour and FIXED the problem and connected my printer. I honestly believe the service I received from P. Tech and especially Mark and Alex was beyond call of duty. They out of their way and helped me and did not charge me anything extra. Now that is what I called service and help when one needed most after being pushed from pillar to post.
I would, without any hesitation recommend them to anybody and they will have my custom. True professionals P.C. Tech and Mark was only too keen to help. THANK YOU P.C. TECH.

Had a problem from a noisy fan on my ageing Vaio media centre desktop computer that was progressively worsening. The desktop otherwise still worked fine and is a good computer to use but spare parts were no longer readily available. I took the computer to the PC Tech Centre, at South Croydon, who identified the fault and persisted with different suppliers to obtain and fit the correct replacement fan. A good job done at reasonable cost.
