Used there online website and got a hole lot of stress because I ordered a laptop and 4 days later didn’t hear back from them so used there webchat service and was told it was sold out so they said pick another one so I did and then for some reason they cancelled my order and used there webchat service again and they said they don’t no why this happened and ended the chat and I get an email a few seconds later I get an email saying my 2nd order as been cancelled 😡 so this happened 3 times in total and ordered the 4th laptop and was delivered but on the night be for the delivery I get a notification that all 3 laptops was being delivered even tho they said it has been cancelled so rang them up the morning after they said all of them will be cancelled apart from the one that’s coming and then the laptop i paid 10 pounds to be delivered at 12 was 2 hours late and then a second laptop was delivered even tho they said they had cancelled order so i would collect it store next time if i could give them a 0 start I would there webchat service is a joke and there customer service I was going around in circles talking about the situation had to repeat my self 5 times worst severe ever made me sick with stress all I wanted to do is order a laptop

I went to curry's pc World in Telford and cannot describe how awful their customer service is. I am a guest experience manager working in a local hotel and I cannot believe that a manager would justify not serving me, who wanted to buy a new television, that "there's no one available to help you " and not even an apology for me waiting for nearly half an hour and walking out without a purchase. They've just lost about £1000.
Worst customer service/repair centre
Worst customer service. Left my laptop in for repair over a month ago and they told me they’d send me a voucher for a new one in 72 hours.. it’s been 2 weeks later and I have called them about 10 times trying to figure out what’s going on. Awful!!! Do not shop here.

Terrible service all round
One star is being too kind. Purchased Cooker/Fitting/Delivered but not fitted/Excuse wire problems cooker taken back/Electrician hired no problems at all. Delivered again after many many phone calls. Cooker eventually delivered in such poor condition it had to be sent back. More phone calls/No delivery because of other excuses. Cooker eventually gets put on delivery truck/Delivery driver says he will not deliver due to excuse again. Fitters come and chase it all up, they have to drive to collect it as i was furious. Eventually we get new cooker not in a hundred percent condition but we are so fed up by now...After many phone calls to customer service trying to get our new cooker that we purchased over a month ago, I will never shop here again. It was all a blunder....Days off waiting for them four or five attempts to deliver and 25 days after paying we finally get cooker...I am not satisfied,

One of the worlds worst customer service companies , all sales and no service, and best of luck if something they sells you goes wrong when its still under warranty . If there was a zero on TrustPilot they would be getting it , because 1 is not good enough for them

I had purchsed a large TV from another large retailer, after being messed around for over 3 weeks for deliverywe cancelled the order and ordered off of Currys PC World. Got a text that evening stating delivery and had the tv delivered within 2 days!!! The delivery guys opend the box to confirm all was as it should be and then carefully re boxed it. Amazing service and price too. Highly reccomend.

Outrageous after sales service - 6 times!!
I bought 2 TV's in December 202 from PC World online. One arrived with a broken screen. I have called their 1890 number 6 (yes SIX) times. Told repeatedly that DPD would collect the item and I would be refunded my money. Then they told me that DPD couldn't collect anymore. Then they told me that was wrong and DPD would collect!!!! SO I brought the broken TV to my local PC World and they said they couldn't handle the return? Why not? NOW 3 MONTHS LATER I STILL HAVE A USELESS BROKEN TV AND PC WORLD STILL HAVE MY MONEY
Bad service
Bad service, just would not use again. Cant get hold of anyone to talk to to complain. Was given a number eventually to complain to, but had to pay £6 charge ? So they charge you to complain. ?
Disgraceful customer service
Bought a fridge a month ago and noticed a dent in the door straight away so I rang customer service, they offered me 10% of the price I paid back so I agreed, they said I would receive this in 5-8 working days. It has been 15 working days now so I just rang to query this, waiting an hour to speak to someone then to be transferred to several people that hadn't a clue what they were doing and one hung up on me. I would understand them hanging up if I was rude but to wait an hour to speak to them and they hang up because they dont know what they are doing is disgraceful. Never buy from here again, very un experienced and useless staff

Do not do business with these people! I purchased a product from them in early January, I sent several emails to the customer service department when the product didn't arrive, no response. I then used Facebook to contact them and finally got a response, the product wasn't in stock, which was why it hadn't been delivered. I had to request to cancel the order and was then told I would have wait 2 weeks for the refund. At this stage, pc world has had my money for almost 6 weeks. I will never do business with them again and would advice anyone else thinking about it to avoid them at all costs
FRAUD- DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
Worst company i’ve ever dealt with. Been waiting a whole month for a coffee machine which was a birthday present. I ordered capsules to go with it which arrived 3 weeks later to the recipient without the machine. Zero customer care. I received an email with a €30 discount code to order a new machine. The code did not work. I ordered a new machine all out of my own money as i was desperate to get the machine and i get a message saying my original purchase was on its way to me...i cancel this and assume that was it and my second order would be with me soon. No this was far from the case without any notifications i reached out to the facebook page and they informed me all my orders were cancelled. I reply informing them about how upset i was to hear this and that i want a full refund on all money spent and not to hear from them again. In the meantime i ordered a machine from a different company and thought this mess was all behind me. No far from it i get a notification today saying my second order was on its way. I reached out again and i was told it could not be cancelled as it was too far gone and to just return it when it arrives yet they could not give me any update as to what was the status or when it would arrive or anything. I have ordered 3 coffee machines now and learnt the very hard way but i was so misled by every single person i was in contact with and the worst thing is they do not have a phone contact number this is all just facebook messages back and forth here and there a different person everytime giving you incorrect info... i have been messaging the facebook for 4 weeks straight. This has completely ruined the present they do not want it anymore over how much grief it has caused me. I will never set foot in this store or purchase online from them again and i will make sure everyone around me hears about this too.

Orders on the 30 Dec still no sign of the delivery as a customs charge had to be paid to DPD, which I did still no sign of the item and no word back from them from emails calls , Facebook messenger or twitter
Absolutely shocking!
Absolutely shocking. The fact that I ordered a week ago and my order was still pending despite paying for it is unacceptable. Add too that the 45 minute wait to get through to rather disagreeable customer service representatives who cannot give you so much as an estimate as to how long it will take? Furthermore, there’s a possibility that the items would be held for customs!?!? I’m sorry. I requested a refund and will never so much as look at Currys website ever again. I’m appalled. Let’s hope they refund fast as they cash in!

delivery cancel twice in a month, spend hours on the phone going from one answering machine to the text.
The automatic system on the phone advise you to start a live chat on their website but it is only available on the british site and not the irish one that I am using.
The Lack of any feedback after a full week is disappointing to say the less, I just know that my parcelle was return to the UK on the 11th we are the 18 and nobody contacted me exept for the survey to ask how great is the product I never got.
Currys PC World Lie About Availability
Ordered a new laptop on the 6th Jan 2021. Their website said it was available for both click-and-collect and delivery. I chose delivery for 6 Euros that said I would receive it in 5 to 7 working days (so around the 12th of Jan). Two days after purchase (8th) I received this text message:
"Hi there. We've got a quick update on the order you placed with Currys PC World. Thanks for your patience. We have your order and we're sorry for the delay. Delivery services from the UK to the Republic of Ireland are taking a little longer to reach you, however we plan on having your product with you by the 18th of January".
On the 16th of January I received this:
"Hi, we're sorry it has taken longer than we expected to get your Currys PS World order to you. Your parcel is still with us in the UK and we are working hard on getting this processed. We hope to have your parcel with you by Friday 22nd January 2021 and we apologise for the delay".
They have lied about the availability on their website and have been dishonest about their dependency on the UK and true impact that Brexit has had on their supply chain.
Buy in-store only and only if they have it in-store - avoid online ordering like the plague. I wish I had read these reviews before hand. People are even being asked to stump up more money to cover additional transportation costs that their incompetence and unpreparedness has lead to.
Jan 16th. After 35 minutes waiting I managed to get though to customer service. I asked for an order cancellation and refund. I was told that the order was with their courier (DPD) and they offered to have it returned to their UK depot and for a refund to be issued, and that this would take 14 days - with no other option available I took it (conversation recorded in case of refund issues).
I have rarely encountered corporate dishonesty, inefficiency and incompetence on such a scale.
Jan 20 Update
After requesting an order cancellation and refund during which the customer care person told me the DPD courier had been recalled to return the item to the UK depot, I have today received an email saying "We're delivering your Currys PC World parcel TODAY". Though I doubt this will actually happen, its clear that Currys PC World are absolute clowns.
