I had Dmitri custom build a new PC. He had it built and delivered in a week. He didn't profit on the parts. The desktop runs perfectly! Moreover, Killarney is the closest location for my residence.

When I had an issue with my PC they were very quick to email me back and help me to fix my issue promptly.

I just got my new pc, it is working like a dream!
Pczone custom built it to suit my budget and delivery was fast.
It is the 2nd computer I ordered from them and never had a problem with the first one.
The prices are very competitive compared to others and Dimitri is alway there to advise you if you have any questions about the hardware.

I would highly recommend this company.

Put in an order for a custom PC, after over 3 months of trying to contact them by phone, email, and house call I managed to get it refunded. Still no reply from them whatsoever. Buy from here if you want to risk getting scammed.

Had a very similar problem to Anna on this thread. I placed an order for a custom gaming PC with PCZone.ie at the end of July, after emailing a few queries and then calling and speaking to a member of staff who reassured me.
I sent a follow up email about software and settings which was replied to pretty quickly.
Over the last week I asked for a confirmation of delivery date after the 12 day ETA passed with no news.
Company did contact me, apologized for delays and gave an explanation of exceptional circumstances, then paid a full refund.
Can’t exactly recommend but it turned out less badly than I feared it would.
A third party reviewed the spec of the PC I ordered and said it was good and the price was very competitive.

Customer service is non-existent. They provide 2 phone numbers on their website and an email. They do not reply to any emails and do not answer phone calls. Instead of answering the phone, they switch it off and it goes straight to voicemail. Absolutely ridiculous. I will be contacting my bank to initiate a chargeback and taking my business elsewhere. DO NOT BUY from this place.

Dmitrij is fantastic to deal with, Intel I9 issue affected my PC from Dmitrij, he has offered to take it back and repair it, no problem. However, it is Intel's known problem so I got an RMA from intel and will return for a replacement. Not a PCZone issue but great that Dmitrij was willing to take it and repair it. Can't recommend PCZone.ie highly enough.

Avoid at all costs, bought a pc 10 months ago having been recommended them by a friend. Not long after I bought mine my friends PSU stopped working, he got it replaced privately. 2 weeks ago i turned on my pc, heard a hissing sound and saw smoke start to pour from the back. I immediately turned the PC off and tried to contact PcZone as there is a “2 year warranty”. All of my contact attempts have been ignored, I’ve tried emails, phone calls, texts and left voicemails, the phone has been on and off so my attempts have been seen by dimitri. This PSU failure (which could have started a fire) is similar to what happened to my friend, so not only is your man fitting dodgy parts, but he isn’t standing over his warranty. I have lodged it with the small claims court and am awaiting their response. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I've been waiting for the computer for a month and I can't contact the seller. No one picks up the phone or responds to emails. it looks like a scam

I paid €3,000 for a PC, no one answers or picks up the phone. i contacted humm. if they don't solve it this week, I will contact a lawyer.

I was told in the email that what I ordered will arrive between 7-12 days and now its been more than that and still nothing, no communication through email, no one answers on their contact information so please be aware if you are going to purchase from this that you will most likely experience this.

I am really sorry to say but i have a very bad experience. I bought a pc that cost me nearly two and half grand and yet i received just average pc.
First off all when i bought this pc the primary issue was display adapter issues with the graphics driver. This happened to me on the very first day i received my pc. Then all off sudden i got the display connection to my brand new asus monitor. I emailed them immediately about the issue but they said it might be display port wire or graphics update. So i went to harvey norman and bought new one and try updating to driver when i had the connection and then again the system broke down and i lost the display connection getting black screen with display port no signal on the screen. I was extremely frustrated. Then they offered yo take it back and fix it. Despite the repair process, the problem persists, and the computer continues to exhibit the same symptoms as before. This failure to rectify the core issue has left me deeply dissatisfied with the service provided. Then they said they changed to graphics driver and put another new one however i still see this problem every now and then.
After the graphics driver was changed i start hearing scratching sound from the pc and i again immediately emailed Dimitri he didnt help me much with that. So stay like that for a while and didny do much while still getting display port no signal issue.
Now for the last two days again i dont have any signal to my monitor. I tried using new cable no luck. I used hdmi cable to my monitor and laptop no issue with that i got signal from laptop to monitor. But when i used the same hdmi cable no luck and same with my tv as well.
Now they stop responding my emails. I was on the phone last time and he wasn't pleasant and he tried to make a point that i am doing something to the pc and blaming on them.
All i have asked is to fix the issue permanently or can i have please kindly have my money back and find another company.

Amazing service from start to finish. After searching for a decent custom pc build site in Ireland, I settled on PcZone.ie, and I'm glad I did. Dmitrij was very responsive and fast with replies to all of my questions, and there were a lot of them. He helped me choose the best setup and provided an option of purchasing multiple monitors and more. The build was on the way a week before the projected delivery time. Unfortunately, it got damaged in the delivery ( absolutely no fault from PcZone ). What amazes me is that Dmitrij took care of my issue immediately, return label created 5 mins after we talked. And the repair was done in less time than expected, not to mention that the build was even better than I ordered initially (Thank you very much Dmitrij, I really appreciate that). If you are looking for the best, friendliest, most responsive and responsible seller look no further than PcZone. I am a customer for life. Cheers!

My laptop wouldn't work and Lee fixed some nasties - quickly and cheaply within a few hours.
So grateful to be up & running again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend your service.
