Absolutely horrible experience

Absolutely horrible experience. I ordered a part to fix my mini split a month ago. I was told I should receive it in a 3 to 4 days but, it never shipped. I sent an email the first 2 weeks and was told each time that it should ship out tomorrow and never did. The first time I called I was told the warehouse manager is taking care of it right now and yet it still never shipped. Called today and they told me it will for ship next week. Absolutely will never use one of their units again! Stay far away from any of their brands!
