Edit #2: after about 2 months, finally got a review. Damn it was hard. Luckily I kept pushing and sending emails...

Edit: it is now April and they still haven't replied to a single email. I've sent countless of follow ups since February. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Crooks! Buying is very easy but there's absolutely no customer service or support!

They ended my insurance with Surebright and told me I would get a full refund. It has been over a month and a half and they ignored all of my emails. Worst part was that Surebright contacted me and I had to contact them to even know about it or they would've just kept quiet

Everything to not lose money. Their business practice is just shady!

Avoid at all costs!

PDAPlaza Store (Canada) is the best place to shop for the latest and hard to find smartphones, smartwatches, and tablets/notebooks. After several days of researching for the best fitness tracker (not watch); Huawei Watch D2 came up on top due to their medical certified blood pressure feature with BP cuff built right underneath the watchband.

Since it wasn't available in Canada/US and Huawei EU wouldn't ship it to me, I had to find other trusted sources that would have it available. PDAPlaza Store (Canada) had it in stock and the estimated delivery date was 3-4 days. The total shopping experience; from the product description, ordering and payment process, and confirmation went smoothly. I received a quick update from Milan to ensure my order would be shipped, tracked, and arrived at my place as scheduled.

Upon opening the shipment box, the Huawei Watch D2 was securely package in bubble wrap, and the brand new sealed box is in mint condition. It was like I went to a Huawei store and picked it off their display case. This will be a great birthday gift and a unique fitness tracker for my cousin.

PDAPlaza (Canada) will be my first go to for the latest mobile/wearable hardware. Their products and customer service is top notch. I will be shopping again soon.

I bought the a few of cellphones from this site already. This site is the only site that I can find the cellphone that I want with good price. But it always delievery one or two week late. Overall, I still like this site.

I would have given 5 stars except for the late delivery of a watch in different colour. Otherwise the service from the supplier is excellent. They always replied to my queries on time .

I've gotten the Oppo X8 pro I was looking for. It took a while for shipping so I contacted them and it was because there wasn't the colour I was looking for but they have sent me another colour as suggestion and immediately told me when it was gonna be sent. So everything has been good

My phone was shipped using a faster and more reliable method due to the local postal service strike, which I really appreciated. Just a quick note for other buyers, shipping delays can happen, but they’re clearly beyond their control. With a little patience, everything arrives as expected. Overall, a smooth and professional experience.

Phone came in 4 days to Houston Texas from the UK including the weekend. Phone is brand new (Cosmo Communicator), significantly more affordable than even the manufacturer and I'm loving it. Never heard of this website until trying to purchase that specific phone but now I will be checking here frequently for my tech needs.

EDIT: As of today, September 17, 2025 they have already refunded my money. Be cautious in dealing with them

I strongly warn anyone considering ordering from PDA Plaza Canada. I purchased a phone on July 16, 2025, paid CAD 1,086 via Interac e-Transfer, and was promised delivery by the end of July. The phone was never shipped. After weeks of follow-ups, I was told by an employee named “Louise” that they would either send the unit or issue a refund, but nothing was done.

From August 12–25, I sent nonstop emails with no response. I later discovered that although I ordered through PDA Plaza Canada’s website, the invoice came from Chikara Trade Limited in Hong Kong, which raises serious red flags.

This experience has caused me significant stress and anxiety. I have already reported this matter to the proper consumer protection authorities in Alberta, Canada and to fraud investigators in Hong Kong.

PDA Plaza Canada cannot be trusted. Avoid this company at all costs.

Both me and and brother ordered phones from PDAplaza within a month. My brother got nothing 5a and I pre-ordered vivo x200 ultra. My brother received his phone within 10days. For me it was taking longer than estimated delivery time, but they have answered all my concerns both in email and call. Satisfied with both our phones.

Everything is spelled out for you about process. Accurate description of product. Very responsive to questions. Professional delivery - was great when using FedEx, not Canada Post, during threatened postal strike.

You did not over promise. I love the fact that I got the highest flavour of OnePlus 13 through you. I never knew 24GB RAM and 1Tb was even made.

I preordered a phone on May 1. Website listing says delivery within 10-15 days.

Absolutely zero update for 2 weeks. I reached out, and was told scheduled for shipping May 18-22. Ok, that's fine. Zero update again for almost a week. I followed up, and was told now it's May 28-30.

I asked to cancel the order. Shipment delays aside, that happens, my main issue was the complete lack of communication. I shouldn't have to be the one to reach out if there were multiple delays for my $1200 phone.

Should've done my research better, cause apparently they're known for poor service (on reddit).

Ordered the same phone from Wonda Mobile, shipped directly from China. Got it within 5 business days. No tariff/import fee.
